The dark, swirling currents of the HUDSON RIVER shimmer with 
tiny pinpricks of MULTI-COLORED SPECS . Like a giant Lite 
Brite displaying a perfect, albeit upside down, rendition of: 



EXT. THE NEW YORK CITY SKYLINE - NIGHT 

Travel to the shore and across the MAJESTIC ISLAND. Past its 
ICONIC ARCHITECTURE. Soar out over the EAST RIVER — 

Chyron: BROOKLYN NAVAL YARDS ; 02:35 EST - as we PUSH: 



INT. WATERFRONT WAREHOUSE - NIGHT 

A MILITARY OPERATION is in full swing. HUMVEES and a COVERED 
M35 hover on the fringes of the vast space. At its center, 
an ENORMOUS STEEL KENNEL with FOUR INCH THICK WALLS. 

A TROOP OF BLACK-CLAD SOLDIERS (we'll call them ' FOOT' ) , ring 
the Kennel, obscuring our view of its contents. But whatever 
is in there, it's doing its darnedest to get out - BASHING 
THE BARS AND WALLS WITH UNTETHERED RAGE. 

COLONEL SCHRADER (O.S.) 
The package was secured at 2300 
hours . 

At the COMMAND HUMVEE, is COLONEL SCHRADER (late-30s, broad 
shoulders, grim visage). He's debriefing a superior, GENERAL 
DAVIES (50s), visibly shaken by the contents of the Kennel . 

COLONEL SCHRADER (CONT'D) 
I've prepared for transport to 
Substation 16. We need to run 
immediate diagnostics . 

GENERAL DAVIES 
Substation 16...? That facility's 
been dark for twenty years. 

COLONEL SCHRADER 
We're putting it back on-line. 
Pending your authorization. 

GENERAL DAVIES 
(bristles ) 
Which you assume I'm willing to 
grant .

COLONEL SCHRADER 
It's the reason I started Project 
Aries . In the event this day would 
come . 

The General contemplates the implications, Schrader's 
impatience grows... Turning to his right hand, LIEUTENANT 
COOPER (40s), a man wearing an unnecessary moustache: 

GENERAL DAVIES 
Get it done. 

Cooper nods. As Schrader's men fall out, THE "PACKAGE" 
THRASHES. BANGING against its cage with a chilling KA-CHUNK 
that reverberates through the warehouse. MATCH TO: 



INT. COMMUNITY HOCKEY RINK - NIGHT 

The hollow KA-CHUNK! of a HOCKEY PLAYER GETTING SAVAGELY 
BOARDED by the opposing team's hit-man, RAY CATALDO (40s). 
Half the crowd (a couple dozen) let out a COLLECTIVE GROAN of 
sympathy pains, the others CHEER ON the violence. 

Chyron: NOAH FALLS, MICHIGAN; POPULATION 12,864 

Cataldo sprints back into his defensive zone. He charges 
into the corner and LEVELS ANOTHER PLAYER, a CHEAP SHOT that 
sends the Player to the ice in a heap. 

ON THE BENCH: The COACH turns to CASEY JONES (18, twenty 
years younger than any other player) . Casey, despite his 
ruggedness , still carries the vestiges of boyish charm. 

COACH 
Jones . You 're in . 

The Coach offers Casey a KNOWING NOD. Casey's the team's 
ENFORCER - he understands what the Coach is asking. And he's 
happy to bring the punishment. Casey grabs his STICK and 
POPS IN HIS MOUTH PIECE before HOPPING the boards. 

Casey flies down the ice in a BLUR OF SPEED, though he's not 
following the play of the puck. Instead, CASEY ZEROES IN ON 
CATALDO, waiting for just the right moment... 

The puck slides Cataldo 's direction. And just as he gets a 
stick on it, CASEY PLOWS INTO CATALDO FULL FORCE. 

KRACK 1 A CLEAN BUT POWERFUL HIT THAT MAY HAVE KNOCKED A FEW 
OF CATALDO' S FILLINGS LOOSE . THE CROWD CHEERS I The puck 
skitters off-sides. The Whistle blows!

Cataldo EYEFUCKS Casey as he picks himself up off the ice. 
But Casey doesn't back down: 

CASEY 

What's wrong with you, Cataldo? 

Casey motions towards his BENCH where PHIL FARMER, (40s) is 
nursing a BADLY BLOODIED LIP: 

CASEY (CONT'D) 
Now Farmer's gotta get in front of 
his 4th grade class with a busted 
lip? For what? 

They line up for the FACE OFF — 

CATALDO 

Go back to the Pee Wees, kid. This 
game is MEN only. 

Then, as REF drops the PUCK and Cataldo ' s eyes tick down to 
follow it... CRACK! Casey ONE TIMES Cataldo with a POWER- 
HOUSE-UPPER-CUT . Cataldo 's head snaps back and his SKATES 
LIFT OFF THE ICE as he slams to the ice, flat on his back. 

Cataldo barks up through bloodied teeth, seething: 

CATALDO (CONT'D) 
You little — 

CASEY 
Simmer down, Ray. 

(strong) 
Take it like a man. 

But Casey's victory moment is short lived — WHOOOSH! CASEY' S 
WIPED FROM THE FRAME AS HE'S BLIND-SIDED BY ONE OF CATALDO' S 
TEAM MATES ! 

Casey scrapes with Cataldo 's team mate as THE BENCHES CLEAR 
and THE PANDEMONIUM OF A FULL ON HOCKEY BRAWL TAKES PURCHASE . 
At Its center is Casey - holding his own... 

And as THE REF ' S WHISTLE RINGS OUT IN A SUSTAINED 
ADMONISHMENT, we FADE TO: 



INT. ICE RINK - LOBBY - NIGHT 

Post game. Casey exits the LOCKER ROOM, wearing a FLANNEL 
SHIRT and CARHARTT JACKET, EQUIPMENT BAG slung over his 
shoulder. He stops at a VENDING MACHINE. A TEAMMATE (late- 
40s) calls out to him —

TEAMMATE #1 
We're heading to Sullys for a 
lager. Tag along. You're one of 
us now, kid . . . 

Casey looks over the guys - all twenty years older and 
wearing Small Town fatigue along with their FRESH BLACK EYES 
and BUSTED LIPS. Then, with a CHARMING SMILE: 

CASEY 

Jeez, Carl. Why'd you have to go 
and tell me that? I'm trying to 
enjoy the win. 

Casey's teammates LAUGH and BOO and HECKLE, all in good fun. 
Casey slides a DOLLAR into the machine, he hears a VOICE: 

APRIL (O.S.) 
I see you're still keeping the 
streets of Noah Falls safe. 

In the reflection of the Vending machine glass Casey sees a 
beautiful OPEN-FACED REDHEAD (18), APRIL O'NEIL. He turns: 

CASEY 

April . 

APRIL 

Been a long time, Casey. 

Casey GRINS, but he is having a hard time processing. The 
air between them is awkward... 

CASEY 

I didn't know you were back. 
APRIL 

We're on Semester Break. I left 
you three messages. 

CASEY 

(busted, bullshitting) 
Cell service around here is, ya 
know — 

( then , deflecting ) 
How's New York? 

The mention of New York is clearly a loaded topic for these 
two. But April answers with a smile. 

APRIL 

It ' s . . . amazing.

CASEY 

I heard you got a fancy internship. 

(April nods) 
Meet Diane Sawyer yet...? 

APRIL 
Still working on it. 

CASEY 

You will. It's good having 
something to hope for. 

A sweet sentiment. Which leaves an opening for April to ask 
Casey something that has clearly been consuming her: 

APRIL 
Speaking of which — 

TOWNIE GIRL #1 
Heyyyyy, Casey. We gonna celebrate 
tonight. . . ? 

Casey is all ears. But before she can get the words out, two 
SCANTILY CLAD TOWNIE GIRLS drape themselves on Casey. Casey 
knows how awful this looks and tries to brush them off. But — 

The moment between Casey and April is broken . 

CASEY 

Come on, Angela. How many times do 
I have to say "no" — 

APRIL CASEY 
Do your thing. I'm gonna go. 

Say hi to your mom for me — — April. Wait — 

APRIL 
(wistful) 
Good win, tonight. 

Off Casey, eyes filled with longing as he watches April exit. 



INT. KITCHEN - JONES HOUSE - NIGHT 

A modest home. Casey, wearing a SECURITY GUARD UNIFORM, is 
spooning freshly made PORK CHOPS into TUPPERWARE when EVELYN 
JONES (50s, sweet) enters. Home from her Nursing job. 



CASEY 

I'm running late for my shift. 
Dinner's still hot.

EVELYN JONES 
Heard you had quite a game. Bench 
clearing brawl. I told the other 
nurses: "That's not something my 
Casey would be involved in. That's 
not the way I raised him." 

CASEY 

( covering) 
No. It' s not. 

(kisses her forehead) 
I'll see ya at breakfast. 

EVELYN JONES 
Know what else I heard? April 
O'Neil is back in town. 

CASEY 

( deflating , covering ) 
Is that right? 

EVELYN JONES 
You two were good together. A real 
team . That's hard to come by. 

CASEY 

We've been through this, Ma. April 
lives in New York now — 

EVELYN JONES 
And Paul Fucelli lives in Denver. 
And Eddie Latteka goes to school in 
Wisconsin. All your friends have 
moved on from Noah Falls . But 
you're still here. Eighteen years 
old, working nights at the factory. 
And starting fights in the men's 
hockey league. 

Evelyn gives him a WRY SMILE - he's busted. 

CASEY 

I like my life here. Besides, who 
else would you have to keep you 
company? Without dad around — 

EVELYN JONES 
Your father wanted you to follow 
your dreams . Of moving to the big 
city. 



Evelyn pulls Casey in close. She needs him to hear this:

EVELYN JONES (CONT'D) 
There's a whole other world out 
there waiting for you. It needs 
you as much as you need it. Find 
your calling. In New York. You 
deserve true happiness... 

Casey loves his mom so damn much. But, like most boys his 
age, he just isn't ready to take her advice. So: 

CASEY 

I'm gonna be late for work. 

Casey grabs his dinner and heads out. Evelyn watches him go, 
hoping that someday her words will sink in. 



EXT. BAYOS FACTORY - NIGHT 

A LARGE FURNITURE PARTS MANUFACTURING PLANT , twenty miles 
outside of town. As the last of the FACTORY WORKERS head out 
for the night, Casey pulls up in his '79 RAMCHARGER. 

Casey parks and approaches A GUARD BOOTH AT THE FACTORY'S 
FENCE LINE. The DAY WATCHMAN (40s, worn tired) exits the 
booth, swapping out with Casey. As he heads for his TRUCK: 

DAY WATCHMAN 
Should be a quiet one tonight. 
Just you, the mattress springs and 
arm rests . . . 

CASEY 
The way I like it. 

The Day Watchman drives off, leaving Casey all alone on the 
Factory Grounds with only the LATE-WINTER NIGHT for company. 



I/E. BAYOS FACTORY - LATER 

A SERIES OF POPS: As Casey walks through the DIMLY LIT 
FACTORY, KEYING CHECKPOINTS with an ELECTRONIC KEYCARD . 
Tedious work. But this is his life in Noah Falls. 

As Casey heads back to the Guard Booth, the wind lets loose a 
LONELY HOWL that sends a chill through Casey. As he shakes 
it off, looking back on the sleeping factory... 

NEWS REPORTER (V.O.) 
Tropical Storms and flash floods 
continue to plague Central Europe —

INT. GUARD BOOTH - BAYOS FACTORY - NIGHT 

Casey watches a staticky NEWS BROADCAST on a small TV. 
IMAGES of HURRICANE WINDS and FLOODED STREETS fill the screen 
as he eats his dinner. The clock reads: 4:17 am. 

NEWS REPORTER 
— Meteorologists are struggling to 
explain these anomalies , as they 
are unprecedented in that region... 

As Casey scoops up another forkful of food, he sees something 
in the distance... Piercing the darkness... HEADLIGHTS . 
Coming towards the factory... He checks the DESKTOP COMPUTER. 

CASEY 
(reading) 
No deliveries scheduled. 

This is strange . Casey looks out the window as a LARGE 
DELIVERY TRUCK barrels down the road and pulls up to the 
Guard Booth, GRUMBLING TO A HALT. The DRIVER, who Casey 
can't quite get a good look at, rolls down his window: 

DRIVER 

Got a rig full of foam cushions 
coming in from Pittsburgh. 

' CASEY 

I got nothing on the manifest. 

THE CAMERA CREEPS IN on the Driver, REVEALING: Lieutenant 
Cooper (from the opening) dressed in civilian's clothing. 

DRIVER/LIEUTENANT COOPER 
Check again. 

As Casey double-checks, we PUSH PAST Cooper, into: 



INT. DELIVERY TRUCK - TRAILER - CONTINUOUS 

IT IS A HIGH-TECH MOBILE COMMAND CENTER . Loaded with DOZENS 
of FOOT surrounding the KENNEL from the opening. Sitting 
beside Schrader, his NUMBER TWO delivers a few KEYSTROKES 
into a LAPTOP. And suddenly: 

On the SCREEN: NOTICE OF AFTER HOURS DELIVERY. REVERSE TO: 



INT. GUARD BOOTH - BAYOS FACTORY - NIGHT 

Casey reading that same message on his Computer. But where 
did that come from? No matter —

CASEY 

There it is. My bad. 

Casey opens the gate and watches as THE DELIVERY TRUCK PULLS 
AROUND THE SIDE OF THE FACTORY , out of his eyeline . And 
while it appears legit, none of it feels legit , , . 



EXT. LOADING BAY - BAYOS FACTORY - NIGHT 

The Delivery Truck backs up against the LOADING BAY. Cooper 
gets out, opens the LOADING BAY DOORS. Then — 

The BACK DOORS of the Delivery Truck FLY OPEN. Schrader 
leads the charge, calling out: 

COLONEL SCHRADER 
Let's move... Let's move!! I 

Foot pour out, MOVING THE CAGE (and its contents^ INSIDE THE 
FACTORY. Whatever is in that cage, lets out a FIERCE GROWL! 



I/E. GUARD BOOTH - BAYOS FACTORY - CONTINUOUS 

Casey, who hears the growl in the distance, picks his head up 
from his magazine. What the fuck was that? And though it is 
muted, he can swear he hears THE SOUNDS OF MANY FOOTSTEPS — 

Casey exits the Guard Booth... Suspicion mounting... He 
starts towards the Factory... Towards the Loading Bay... 

WHAT FOLLOWS ARE QUICK, TENSE INTERCUTS OF: CASEY GETTING 
CLOSER AND CLOSER TO THE LOADING BAY . . . WHILE COLONEL 
SCHRADER AND THE FOOT LOAD INTO THE FACTORY . 

As the Foot haul in all kinds of MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, Schrader 
flips open an INNOCUOUS LOOKING ELECTRICAL BREAKER BOX on the 
wall. He slides a FLAT METAL KEY into a "HIDDEN" CREASE 
ALONG THE INNER EDGE. Then — 

THE ENTIRE FACE OF THE BREAKER BOX ROTATES REVEALING A NEXT- 
GEN, VOICE-ACTIVATED MODULE WITH TOUCH SCREEN — 

CASEY TURNS THE CORNER TO SEE: The Delivery Truck backed up 
to the Loading Bay. He approaches while trying to get a look 
into the Loading Bay. BUT WITH THE DELIVERY TRUCK FILLING UP 
THE LOADING DOOR'S MOUTH, ALL HE CATCHES ARE GLIMPSES — 

It looks like there are many people moving about inside. But 

there were only two guys in the truck CASEY ADJUSTS HIS 

ANGLE TO GET A BETTER LOOK. And when he does, CASEY CAN JUST 
BARELY MAKE OUT SOMEONE MESSING WITH THE BREAKER BOX —

BUT WE SEE: That someone is Schrader, who is speaking into 
the Voice-Activated Module: 

COLONEL SCHRADER 
Queen of Hearts... Alice. 

Suddenly, an ENTIRE PANEL OF THE LOADING BAY WALL OPENS UP 
with a WHOOOOSH! And on the Module: "SUBSTATION 16 ONLINE" 

COLONEL SCHRADER (CONT'D) 
Load 'em in . 

The Foot begin piling into the HIDDEN COMPARTMENT. 

Heart pounding, CASEY STARTS FOR THE LOADING BAY... But 
suddenly — THE DELIVERY TRUCK'S HEADLIGHTS SNAP ON ! Casey's 
blinded. And when his eyes adjust, he JUMPS! Because Cooper 
is standing right in front of him. Casey's not sure where 
this is going. But Cooper just smiles. . . 

DRIVER 
We're all done here. 

CASEY 
(masking paranoia) 
Alright. Have a good one. 

Cooper climbs in the Delivery Truck and Peels off, exposing 
the Loading Bay. Casey looks inside. THERE ' S . . . NOTHING 
THERE . No signs of life. And no delivery... 

Casey quickly scribbles the license plate number on his hand. 

CASEY (CONT'D) 

8XB-NN56. 

But as it rounds the Factory corner, out of Casey's view, THE 
DELIVERY TRUCK'S LICENSE PLATE CHANGES ! The PENNSYLVANIA 
LICENSE PLATE'S raised surface is actually of LIQUID METAL 
CONSTRUCTION. It FLATTENS OUT (going GREY) before 
RECONSTITUTING INTO A FLORIDA PLATE WITH A DIFFERENT NUMBER. 

Then the CAMERA FINDS the TRUCK'S REAR TIRES, where a SMALL 
VACUUM DEVICE SUCKS UP DIRT FROM IN FRONT OF THE TIRES AND 
DEPOSITS IT BEHIND THE TIRES... THUS, COVERING UP ANY TRACE 
OF TIRE TRACKS and rendering it untraceable. 

Casey's mind races. He looks at his hand - the License Plate 
number. Then, starts back toward his Guard Booth. But — 

THE CAMERA LINGERS ON THE EMPTY LOADING BAY for a beat 
before, DESCENDING UNDERGROUND AT HIGH SPEED. Until landing:

INT. SUBSTATION 16 - NIGHT 

The LIGHTS FLICKER ON revealing: AN OLD COLD WAR BUNKER 
REFURBISHED WITH HIGH-TECH EQUIPMENT . Schrader and the Foot 
navigate the Kennel down a long, concrete corridor. They 
come to a door marked: EXPERIMENTATION LAB. 

COLONEL SCHRADER 
Start with the small one. Begin 
testing right away. Krang is 
expecting a report by daybreak. 

The Foot, GUNS DRAWN, open the Kennel. As they struggle with 
the creatures inside, we catch ELLIPTICAL IMAGES. Whatever' s 
in this Kennel is not going down without a fight. Suddenly, 
a Foot gets KICKED ACROSS FRAME, smashing against the wall. 

COLONEL SCHRADER (CONT'D) 
(to himself) 
We're gonna need a bigger squad. 



INT. GUARD BOOTH - BAYOS FACTORY - NIGHT 

Casey enters and immediately pulls a Post-It off the wall 
with a Phone Number marked: OFF HOUR EMERGENCIES. He picks 
up the PHONE. The line is dead . Now, he begins to panic. 
Casey goes for his BAG. Pulls out his CELLPHONE. Flips it 
open. But before he can dial, something catches his eye — 

HEADLIGHTS . Coming towards him. And fast... HOLY SHIT — 
They're coming back. They must know he saw something... 

THE LIGHTS CLOSE IN ON HIM AS THE VEHICLE RACES TO A HALT— 
Casey hops out of the Guard Booth. Readies himself. But 
then as Casey makes out the vehicle. And its driver... 

CASEY 

April ? 

In Pajamas, April exits her car. Casey sighs with relief. 

APRIL 

Expecting someone else? 
CASEY 

No-no. I — 

(re: the Delivery Truck) 
Did you see — ? 

(thinking better of it) 
Never mind — 

(checks his watch) 
It's 5:00 am. What are you — ?

APRIL 
I couldn ' t sleep . 

CASEY 

If this is about those girls at the 
rink — 

APRIL 

I don't care about those Hockey 
Sluts. Except for the fact that 
they broke a moment between us . An 
important moment. 

(mustering courage) 
A moment where I was going to tell 
you that tomorrow morning I'm going 
back to New York. For good. I'm 
loading up a U-Haul with the rest 
of my stuff. Because I'm staying 
there for the summer. My 
internship is going great and — 

CASEY 
( sharp) 

You already ended it once, April. 
I don't need to get "double- 
dumped" . 

APRIL 

"Double-dumped" ? 

CASEY 

That's right. The message was 
received the first time. 

APRIL 

We talked about moving to New York 
since we were Sophomores. You ' re 
the one that bailed . 

CASEY 
I told you. I have 
responsibilities . Here . 

APRIL 

Quit hiding behind your mom. 
You're better than that. 

This is a harsh truth for Casey. Not to mention, he's got 
other things on his mind. So, he gets to it — 

CASEY 

What do you want from me, April? 
I'm kinda busy right now —

APRIL 

I want you to come to New York. 

Wow. Casey is taken aback. April presses on, putting her 
heart on the line... 

APRIL (CONT'D) 
Meet me there in the summer. I'll 
be finished with classes. I've got 
a great apartment . You ' 11 love it . 

CASEY 

I. . . I. . . 

These old young lovers share a look. A look that speaks to 
the pain of the past. And the hopes of a future together. 
But Casey can't help but get in his own way... 

CASEY (CONT'D) 
... I gotta get back to work. 

April looks out to the quiet, empty Factory. 

APRIL 

I get it. You got a lot going on. 
How can I compete? 

Then as she climbs back into her car: 

CASEY 

I'm sorry. 

APRIL 

It was worth a shot. Felt good 
having something to hope for . . . 

Casey watches April drive away. He reenters the GUARD BOOTH. 
Frustrated at himself, Casey HOCKEY CHECKS the Guard Booth. 
The small structure RATTLES. And the LIGHTS TO THE ENTIRE 
FACTORY FLICKER . As Casey wonders If he just caused that... 



INT. SUBSTATION 16 - EXPERIMENTATION LAB - NIGHT 

Schrader stands in front of SEVERAL BIOMEDICAL DIAGNOSTIC 
STATIONS. As the DISPLAYS whir to life, we see: 

A FOOT use a WIDE-GAUGE SYRINGE to withdraw CEREBROSPINAL 
FLUID from the "Subject" (who we still cannot see)... 

THE SUBJECT ROUSES FROM CONSCIOUSNESS , SCREAMING IN AGONY . 

The Foot hands the LOADED SYRINGE to Schrader, who deposits 
the CSF into a CENTRIFUGAL ANALYZER.

The DISPLAY reads: " VERIFYING DNA " . Schrader's gaze 
intensifies as the Analyzer SPINS and RUMBLES ominously. 
Sucking up tons of electricity, which causes — 



I/E. GUARD BOOTH - BAY OS FACTORY - NIGHT 

The FACTORY LIGHTS FLICKER again What the f is going on 

around here? Casey EXITS THE GUARD BOOTH and heads for the 
Loading Bay to investigate. But not before stopping at his: 

'79 RAMCHARGER : Casey flips open the rear hatch and pulls 
out his HOCKEY STICK and MOUTHPIECE for protection. He POPS 

IN THE MOUTHPIECE and starts away But then stops — Opens 

the trunk back up. HE PULLS HIS CUP FROM THE HOCKEY BAG AND 
SLIDES IT INTO HIS PANTS . Now he's ready for action... 



INT. LOADING BAY - BAYOS FACTORY - NIGHT 

Casey moves slowly through the empty space. Cautiously, he 
approaches the ELECTRICAL PANEL and opens it. It looks 
normal... EXCEPT FOR A CREASE ON THE PANEL'S EDGE . Casey 
wedges his hockey stick in it, and pries against it... The

Casey leans in, touching a BUTTON — 

Casey whips his head around as AN ENTIRE SECTION OF THE WALL 
RETRACTS . WHOOOOSH! I .'. Casey bites down on his Mouthpiece as 
he explores the NEWLY EXPOSED SPACE. He's not in there for 
more than a few seconds before THE WALL CLOSES BACK UP, 
SHUTTING HIM INSIDE . Then — 

THE FLOOR BEGINS A HARROWING , RAPID DESCENT . He's in some 
kind of an elevator. And he's going down. FAST! Casey 
braces for the worst. The elevator stops. Doors open — 

INT. SUBSTATION 16 - ELEVATOR BAY - NIGHT 

Casey's at an INTERSECTION OF SEVERAL EMPTY, QUIET HALLWAYS. 
Suddenly, the sound of BOOTED FEET IN THE NEAR DISTANCE. 
Casey makes a split second decision and BANKS RIGHT down the 
HALLWAY. Desperate to not get caught. 

INT. SUBSTATION 16 - EXPERIMENTATION LAB - NIGHT 

Schrader remains focused on the Analyzer until the Display 
reads: " DNA MATCH CONFIRMED ". A seething satisfaction 
crosses Schrader's face. He turns to the Foot, victorious'.

terminate the others . . . 

The Subject begins BREATHING HEAVY. His moments are 
numbered, his spiraling dread is matched only by — 



INT. SUBSTATION 16 - HALLWAY - NIGHT 

Casey - who skulks down the hallway, CHECKING DOORS. All 
LOCKED. Then, halfway down the corridor, a DOOR SWINGS OPEN. 
CASEY DUCKS AROUND A CORNER. TWO FOOT exit the room and head 
away. Once clear, CASEY RACES FOR THE CLOSING DOOR. HE 
REACHES IT JUST BEFORE THE LOCK CATCHES. Casey enters — 

INT. SUBSTATION 16 - HOLDING ROOM - NIGHT 

CASEY SECURES THE DOOR. Panic momentarily abated, Casey 
sucks in a full lung of 02 , but it catches in his throat as 
he turns... Because what he sees defies all rational 
thought... In the center of a CAVERNOUS ROOM- 
SHACKLED SPREAD EAGLE, by wrists and ankles, to freestanding- 
solid-steel-pillars are THREE ENORMOUS CREATURES - EACH 
STANDING NEAR SIX-AND-A-HALF FEET . TURTLES BY THE LOOKS OF 
THE SHELLS SURROUNDING THEIR CORES. With ARMS AND LEGS 
DISTINCTLY MORE HUMANOID. And RIPPLED WITH MUSCLES . 

So, yes, if you're a fan of the fearsome- four (named after 
the great artists of generations past) you'll recognize them 
as our boys . But not in a way you' ve ever seen them... 

For today they are BATTERED, BRUISED, AND BLOODIED . 
PRISONERS OF THE STATE — 

CASEY 
(pulling out his 
mouthpiece) 
What the. . . ? 

At the sound of Casey's voice, one of the Turtles, lifts his 
head and MAKES EYE CONTACT WITH CASEY. Casey holds his gaze, 
which isn't reptilian at all. It's sentient ...? This is:

LEONARDO - muscled like a middle- linebacker, he Is the oldest 
of the turtles. And he Is their leader. 

Leo coughs A WEAK DRY HACK. And his eyes tick towards a 
large IV RACK WITH A HANGING POUCH OF WATER situated near 
several INSTRUMENT TABLES covered in MEDICAL/ SURGICAL TOOLS. 

CASEY (CONT'D) 
Water. . . ? You want water. . . ? 

But Leo's head just lolls in response. He's in bad shape. 

CASEY (CONT'D) 
Hey. You okay. . . ? 

Casey wheels the IV Rack over to Leo, and offers the drinking 
mouthpiece to him. Casey's getting closer and closer. When — 

CASEY (CONT'D) 
Come on, buddy. Take some — 

BAM! Like lightning, LEO SNAPS TO AND SNATCHES CASEY'S WRIST 
WITH HIS SHACKLED HAND . And in the same motion, he pulls the 
WATCH from Casey's wrist, FAST-BALLING it at a SINGLE LEGGED 
INSTRUMENT TABLE — 

Casey watches, STUNNED, as the WATCH connects with the corner 
of the table, toppling it and CATAPULTING A DOZEN INSTRUMENTS 
towards a second Turtle: 

RAPHAEL - the most yolked of the group. And boy does he need 
those massive shoulders to carry around that giant chip. 

Raph targets a SCALPEL (blade covered) heading his direction. 
He strains against his ankle restraint and flexes his foot, 
KICKING THE SCALPEL towards the third Turtle: 

DONATELLO - the brainiest and most zen. 

Don catches the Scalpel, pops off the cover and JAMS IT INTO 
HIS SOLID STEEL RESTRAINTS - DISENGAGING THE LOCK . He then 
FLIPS the Scalpel back to Leo, who follows suit — 

AND WITHIN WHAT WAS A BLINK OF AN EYE, ALL THREE ARE FREE ! 

Casey is SPEECHLESS. Leo looks to him, shrugs and grins —

Sorry about the watch.

Casey staggers back. Shocked, frightened, confused. He 
hoists his Hockey Stick up, keeping the Turtles at bay. His 
watch is the least of his concerns — 

CASEY 

You . . . You . . . Talk . . . ? 

Don holds up his hands - which have THREE FINGERS. 

DONATELLO 
( re : his hands ) 
Sign language is a pain in the butt 
with these puppies. 

Don SHRUGS and SMILES. Casey isn't quite ready to find the 
humor in this. And we CUT TO: 



INT. SUBSTATION 16 - EXPERIMENTATION LAB - NIGHT 

As a couple Foot remove the Subject's LIMP BODY from his 
shackles, another Foot, cross the room, reads something 
alarming off a MONITORING DEVICE. 

FOOT SOLDIER 
Colonel. The other prisoners have 
breached their restraints . 

COLONEL SCHRADER 
(this is bad) 
Handle it. I'll call in reserve 
units . 

As Schrader and several Foot STORM OUT of the room —

Raph bears down on Casey, reading the name off his Uniform. 

RAPHAEL 

Alright, Casey Jones. Where are 
they holding our baby brother? 

CASEY

But before he can finish, the door BURSTS OPEN and FOUR FOOT 
charge in. Weapons up and at the ready - BULLETS FLY ! The 
Turtles react fast — 

DON PULLS CASEY BEHIND COVER — 

RAPH SNAPS THE BLADE OFF CASEY'S HOCKEY STICK and HURLS IT, 
LIKE A BOOMERANG , taking weapons out of the hands of two 
Foot. And as he CHARGES, and takes on the Foot — 

RAPH TOSSES LEO THE SHAFT OF THE HOCKEY STICK. Leo one hands 
it from the air. And, WIELDING IT LIKE A SHANIA , LEO DEFTLY 
DISPATCHES OF THE OTHER TWO FOOT — 

On the floor, rattled, Casey asks the Turtles: 

CASEY (CONT'D) 
You know Kung Fu?I? 

RAPHAEL 

( scoffs , offended) 
Kung Fu? What do we look like... 
cartoon Panda Bears? 

(to be clear) 
We're trained in Ninjitsu. And we 
don't just know it , we serve It for 
dinner . . . 

Leo checks the door: 

LEONARDO 
More coming . 

As Don pulls Casey to his feet... 

DONATELLO 
Stay close. We'll get you out.

Which is a front for a secret

LEONARDO 
And I thought VIE were having a 
crappy day — 

DONATE LLO 
(reasoning with Casey) 
What you're saying may be true. 
But as far as those masked men with 
guns are concerned - you're the one 
that freed the creatures. 

RAPHAEL 
Don — Leave him. 

Raph and Leo exit into the HALLWAY , where WE HEAR THEM TAKING 
ON ANOTHER WAVE OF FOOT ATTACKERS — 

CASEY 

(hoping against hope) 
— It ' s a simple misunderstanding . 

Just then, ONE OF THE DOWNED FOOT COMES TO, TARGETS CASEY and 
TRIGGERS HIS SUB-MACHINE GUN . Acting fast — 

DON WHEEL KICKS THE FOOT back to unconsciousness, REDIRECTING 
THE BULLET SPRAY A COUPLE FEET WIDE OF CASEY . 

DONATELLO 
Perception is reality. Take that 
for a test drive. Or don't . 

And Don sprints out the door — 

A beat as Casey processes these last eight minutes. ■ . How can 
this be? How can ANY of this be? But whatever the reason, 
bullets are coming his direction —

INT. SUBSTATION 16 - HALLWAY - NIGHT 

Casey follows the CARNAGE OF FOOT laid to waste by the 
Turtles. As he rounds the corner, Schrader and more Foot 
enter the corridor from the far end. CASEY AND SCHRADER LOCK 
EYES FOR THE BRIEFEST OF MOMENTS BEFORE CASEY FLEES — 

He HAULS ASS down the hall, hurdling downed Foot as he goes. 
But when he hits the next intersection, CASEY RUNS SMACK INTO 
THE TURTLES , who are EXITING the Experimentation Lab with a 
fourth Turtle: 

MICHELANGELO - The youngest and most free-wheelin' , is draped 
over Leo's shoulder. MOANING IN PAIN, Mikey waffles in and 
out of consciousness. 

LEONARDO 
(to Casey) 
All accounted for. Take us up, 
Casey Jones. 

CASEY 

Elevator's over here — 

Casey leads the way - racing for the elevators. But Schrader 
and the Foot pour onto the scene, closing in on them — 



INT. SUBSTATION 16 - ELEVATOR BAY - NIGHT 

The Turtles charge the Elevator. The SEVERAL FOOT GUARDING 
IT try and stand their ground. But Raph and Don are just too 
fast and too determined. It's a WHIRLWIND OF ELBOWS, KNEES 
and HEAD BUTTS that clear the entrance — 



INT. SUBSTATION 16 - ELEVATOR - NIGHT 

The Turtles and Casey pour in. Leo tries depressing buttons 
on the ELEVATOR'S CONTROL PANEL, but nothing's happening — 

LEONARDO 
System's been disabled — 

RAPHAEL 
(to Don) 
Tell me you read an elevator 
service manual once. Just for the 
fun of it — 

DONATELLO

the guts . Hot-wiring the elevator — 



INT. SUBSTATION 16 - HALLWAY - NIGHT 

Schrader and the Foot appear at the far end of the corridor, 
and they have a clear line of sight on Casey and the Turtles, 
who have nowhere to hide. The FOOT OPEN FIRE — / And as a 
HAIL OF MACHINE GUN FIRE RAINS INTO THE ELEVATOR spelling 
certain death for Casey and the Turtles , we REVERSE TO SEE: 



INT. ELEVATOR - NIGHT 

LEO, USING MIKEY' S SHELL TO DEFLECT THE INCOMING BULLETS ! ! I 
As bullets PING off his shell, Mikey GROANS awake. He 
realizes that he's being used as a shield: 

MICHELANGELO 
(to Leo) 
Seriously? 

But Mikey isn't the only one surprised by this — 

CASEY 
(re: Mikey 's Shell) 
You're bullet-proof? 

MICHELANGELO 
Bullet resistant is more like it. 
It still hurts like a bi — Wait... 

(re: Casey) 
Who ' s this guy? 

But bullets are still flying. This isn't the time: 

LEONARDO 
Go back to bed, Mikey. I'll 
explain later . 

Mikey ain't arguing. He slumps back out of consciousness. 

The Foot RACK OUT. The onslaught ceases as they reload. Don 
finds the wires he's looking for — 

DONATELLO 

Got it. 

The ELEVATOR DOORS CLOSE and they begin the journey up...

Several FOOT STAND GUARD, guns trained on the FALSE WALL, 
when SUDDENLY — RAPH DOES SOMETHING WE'VE NEVER SEEN BEFORE : 

He comes CRASHING THROUGH THE WALL, TUCKED INTO HIS SHELL, 
taking ALL THE FOOT DOWN like bowling pins — 

Don and Leo, with Mikey slung over his shoulder, exit the 
elevator. They join Raph and start away. But — 

CASEY 

This way! 
They turn, following Casey to — 



EXT. BAYOS FACTORY - CONTINUOUS 

The SIDE EXIT EXPLODES OPEN! Raph is the first out, followed 
by Don and Casey, then Leo, who's got Mikey. Raph SPINS and 
KICKS the FIRST WAVE OF FOOT that take them on, DISARMING AND 
DISABLING THEM with speed and efficiency while — 

DON TAKES OUT A FEW FOOT, with BONE CRUNCHING COMBINATIONS — 

Leo spots their getaway vehicle - an 1 8 -WHEELER : 

LEONARDO 

Don, get Mikey in the hold of that 
truck. Casey, you know how to 
drive a ten speed? 

CASEY 

I do. 

LEONARDO 
Then, get us outta here. 

CASEY 
("wait a minute!") 
Why am I driving the getaway car?!? 

RAPHAEL 

We're waitin' on our Learner's 
Permits. Take It up with the DMV! 

Casey SNEERS at Raph, who SNEERS BACK. As more Foot 
approach, Leo tries to reason with Casey:

Fair enough— CASEY MAKES A BREAK FOR THE 18 -WHEELER'S CAB, 
head down, as more and MORE FOOT FLOOD ONTO THE SCENE FROM 
EVERY DIRECTION , including repelling down from the roof — 

Don lays out another Foot, as LEO TOSSES MIKEY HIS DIRECTION. 
DON CATCHES HIM as he BREAKS FREE A SECTION OF FENCE POLE TO 
USE AS A BO STAFF , while LEO FENDS OFF AN ATTACKER — 

LEO POPS THE ATTACKER'S ARM FROM THE SOCKET and HURLS him 
into a stack of SHIPPING BARRELS - lights out! The Turtles 
are gaining ground. That is until — 

FOOT REINFORCEMENTS arrive. Two BLACK SUVs bearing down on 
them from the front, two encroaching from the rear. ARMED 
FOOT HANGING ON THE SIDES — 

RAPH DEFLECTS BULLETS OFF HIS SHELL as he dispatches of one 
Foot and USES HIS BODY AS A PROJECTILE to take down another — 

Casey ducks a Foot as he continues for the 18-Wheeler — 

Leo TWISTS a Foot and TOSSES him through the open cab of a 
FORKLIFT. He then grabs the Forklift, SHIFTING HIS WEIGHT, 
and launches it into the air... Tucked into his shell, RAPH 
DEFLECTS THE AIRBORNE FORKLIFT INTO THE INCOMING SUV — 

TINES IMPALING ITS HOOD, the SUV FLIPS INTO A FULL ON ASS- 
OVER- TEAKETTLE ROLL , Turtles DODGING and DIVING out of the 
way as the SUV EXPLODES - sending out a HUGE FIREBALL and 
VIOLENT CONCUSSION, which CASEY NARROWLY AVOIDS AS HE PULLS 
THE DOOR OF THE 18 -WHEELER'S CAB CLOSED behind him— 



INT. 18-WHEELER - CAB - CONTINUOUS 

As Casey surveys the Factory's destruction in the REARVIEW: 

CASEY 

Guess I gotta find a new job. 

But this isn't the time. Casey turns over the engine and 
drops the truck in gear... 



EXT. BAYOS FACTORY - CONTINUOUS 

Don's the first to see the 18-Wheeler pulling forward: 

DONATELLO 
(to the others) 
ROLLING OUT! 

Leveraging himself off the side of the Factory wall, DON USES 
THE FENCE POLE TO LANCE THE BACK OF THE SEMI.

He quickly deposits Mikey, still unconscious, into the 
Trailer before KICKING OFF and LANDING ON AN SUV — 

He looks over to the other SUV where LEO AND RAPH ARE YANKING 
FOOT OUT OF THE CABIN as the SUVs MASH THE TRUCK OFF COURSE, 
forcing it DOWN THE SIDE OF A SNOWY HILLSIDE — 



INT. 18 -WHEELER - CAB - CONTINUOUS 

Casey GRIPS the wheel, WHITE-KNUCKLED, trying to stay in 
control of this E-TICKET RIDE. But with the momentum on the 
steep and icy slope, THE BRAKES ARE ALL BUT USELESS — 



EXT. ICY HILLSIDE - CONTINUOUS 

RAPH FLIPS HIMSELF OFF THE SUV, leaving Don on the roof — 

RAPH HITS THE SNOW. AND, SHELL SIDE DOWN, RAPH LUGES ACROSS 
THE ICE - PASSING BETWEEN THE WHEELS OF THE RUNAWAY 18- 
WHEELER AND UNDER THE TRAILER - UNTIL HE GRIPS THE FENDER 
WELL OF THE SECOND SUV . On which — 

LEO HOOD SURFS as he YANKS a Foot out through the WINDSHIELD 
and SENDS HIM FLYING as RAPH SWINGS UP ON THE SIDE OF THE 
VEHICLE. The SUV steers along a GROVE OF TREES, trying to 
scrape Raph off. BRANCHES SPLINTERING AGAINST HIS SHELL, 
Raph comes away with a BROKEN BRANCH SHAPED LIKE A SAI — 

As RAPH JAMS HIS SAI THROUGH THE SIDE WINDOW, TWISTING A 
MACHINE GUN FROM THE FOOT'S HANDS, Leo evades the Driver's 
gunfire by slipping off the hood and HANGING ON THE GRILLE. 
Leo steels himself before LETTING GO — 

TUCKING INTO HIS SHELL, LEO SLIDES UNDER THE WHEEL OF THE 
SUV. FORCING IT UP ON TWO WHEELS . Raph bails as the SUV TIPS 
OVER COMPLETELY AND WRAPS AROUND A TREE as LEO AND RAPH BACK- 
SLIDE ACROSS THE SNOW in an effort to get back to THE SEMI. 
WHICH CAREENS DOWN THE MOUNTAINSIDE — 



INT. 18 -WHEELER - CAB - CONTINUOUS 

Casey fights the wheel, desperately trying to pilot his way 
through the treacherous terrain, which is growing more and 
more DENSE and SCRAGGY. Then suddenly coming into view — 

CASEY 

OH, SH—l 

CASEY IS THROWN FROM HIS SEAT INTO THE CEILING OF THE CAB as 
THE SEMI CONNECTS WITH AN OUTCROPPING OF ROCK shaped like the 
foot of a ski-jump and... THE 18 -WHEELER GOES AIRBORNE !

Cab, trailer, Casey, the whole magilla HANGS WEIGHTLESS FOR A 
MOMENT before crashing back to Earth — 



INT. 18 -WHEELER - TRAILER - CONTINUOUS 

Bounced around from the rough ride, Mikey begins to stir. 



EXT. ICY HILLSIDE - CONTINUOUS 

As Don TOSSES the last FOOT from an SUV and LEAPS to the top 
of the Semi-Trailer, a SCORPION HELICOPTER UNLEASHES HUNDREDS 
OF HIGH IMPACT ROUNDS , SHREDDING THE TRAILER as Leo and Raph 
catch up to the Cab and climb aboard. Then, TWO MISSILES 
LAUNCH and connect with the rear tires of the trailer — 

THE 18 -WHEELER BUCKS AND DUMPS, JACKKNIFING AND TEARING IN 
HALF AS IT SIDE-SLIDES TOWARDS A SMALL CLIFF . . . As the 18- 
Wheeler slips over the edge — 

LEO TACKLES CASEY OUT THE CAB. Raph leaps out as well — 

IN THE TRAILER: Mikey jumps for Don's outstretched hand, but 
loses his footing and topples back into the trailer as Don 
pushes off. All Don can do now is watch Mikey fall away . . . 

DONATELLO 

Mikey — .' 

THE 18 -WHEELER CRASHES SPECTACULARLY THROUGH THE TOP OF A 
FROZEN LAKE TOP AND SINKS LIKE A STONE IN THE DEEP WATER, 
PULLING MIKEY DOWN INTO THE ICY DARKNESS! 



EXT. FROZEN LAKE TOP - CONTINUOUS 

Leo, using his shell, breaks Casey's fall as THEY HIT THE 
SPLINTERING ICE. Raph and Don landing nearby — 

DONATELLO 
(to Leo and Raph) 
Mikey went down — 

But their attention is immediately drawn to an OPEN-DOORED- 
HUMVEE FLANKED BY TWO SNOWMOBILES racing across the CRACKLING 
ICE towards them — 

The Turtles brace themselves for round two (or is it round 
twelve by now. . . ?) , when they see A DARK SHAPE UNDER THE ICE 
BLASTING TOWARDS THE HUMVEE LIKE A MISSILE — 

The HUMVEE ' S TOP GUNNER peers over the edge of his truck, 
just in time to see —

MIKEY — BURSTING UP THROUGH THE ICE, SMASHING THE GUNNER 
AND THROWING HIM UNDER THE HUMVEE ' S WHEELS . Mikey squares

With THE GUNS IN THE OPPOSING HOLSTERS ACTING AS WEIGHTED 
ENDS , MIKEY WIELDS THE HARNESS LIKE NUNCHAKU — IT'S A 
DIZZYING AND BRUTAL DISPLAY OF OKINAWAN KOBUDO (with a hint 
of FREESTYLE mixed In for good measure ) . 

Seeing Mikey in action brings a small smile to Leo's lips... 

LEONARDO 
Baby Brother. Is. Back. 

MIKEY CRACKS, WHACKS AND KNEECAPS THE FOOT — Tossing the 
K.O.ed Foot from the Humvee, where they tangle under THE 
SNOWMOBILES , launching them END-OVER-END, tumbling straight 
at our guys — 

LEO, RAPH AND DON , CASUALLY SIDE-STEP THE CATAPULTED WRECKAGE 
OF THE SNOWMOBILES - AVOIDING THE FATAL COLLISION BY MERE 
INCHES . CASEY, ON THE OTHER HAND , HITS THE GROUND , co verl n g 
his head with his hands as the snowmobiles pass and 
disappears through the jagged opening In the lake top — 

CASEY 

Ohmygod — .' Ohmygod — .' 

MIKEY, now behind the wheel, POWER-SLIDES THE HUMVEE TO A 
STOP BY HIS BROTHERS —

That's Casey. He helped us out of 
our pickle. 

CASEY 
(still reeling)

Weapon) from a nearby Foot and TARGETS THE HUMVEE — 

The MISSILE SCREAMS across the length of the lake and BLOWS 
OUT THE BACK OF THE HUMVEE WITH A BANG — THE HUMVEE, WITH 
THE TURTLES AND CASEY, SPINS OUT INTO THE TREE LINE AT THE 
LAKE'S EDGE— 



EXT. LAKE ' S EDGE/FORREST - MORNING 

Schrader strides from his JEEP towards the SMOLDERING 
WRECKAGE OF THE HUMVEE. But as he approaches, Schrader sees 
no sign of the Turtles, nor Casey . 

Though he does see that A SMALL SECTION OF THE CENTER CONSOLE 
HAS BEEN TORN AWAY. As he wonders what's missing and where 
the Turtles are — 



INT. ABANDONED BARN - MORNING 

BAM! The BARN -HOUSE DOOR SLAMS OPEN. The Turtles and Casey 
enter - victorious, but battle worn. Raph at the center, 
holds the HUMVEE 'S COMMUNICATION MODULE: 

RAPHAEL 

That damn frog was right: " It ain't 
easy being green ." 

As Raph tosses the Communication Module to Don: 

LEONARDO 
(to Don) 

Get that wired up. We need to 
contact Splinter. He's gotta be 
worried out of his mind. . . 

CASEY

But Leo ignores him, looking around the DILAPIDATED SPACE.

WINDOW. Leo spots FARM TOOLS, turns to Raph —

building weapons. Real ones . Like 
Splinter taught you. . . 

As Raph assesses what he has to work with — 

CASEY 

Who is Splinter. . . ? And please tell 
me he's sixty five feet tall and 
armed with a spaceship ready to 
protect us .

As the Turtles all tie on make-shift BLACK EYE MASKS: 

LEONARDO 
— We ' re on the move . . .

What about Project Aries? I bet we

the Factory . . . 

LEONARDO 

You heard Master Splinter. We're 
going home . We can gather intel on 
the way.

Casey spots a STRIPED SADDLE-BLANKET. He TEARS the colors 
apart in strips and assigns them to the Turtles: 

CASEY (CONT'D) 
Put these on. You're red. Blue. 
Purple. And orange. 

DONATELLO 
(bemused) 
We're being color-coded? 

RAPHAEL 
( annoyed )

CASEY

Leo looks to his brothers. Issues an order :

The Turtles take off their black eye masks put on their COLOR-

solution comes to mind. He does know someone who can get 
them to New York. As Casey deflates. GROANS. 

This is going to be complicated. . . 

DONATELLO (O.S.) 
That ' s your ex? 



EXT. RESIDENTIAL STREET - NOAH FALLS - MORNING 

April and her father, MR. O'NEIL (mid-50s, harmlessly 
suburban) , are loading up a U-HAUL for her trip to New York. 
It's hitched to a PATHFINDER... 

And WE FIND: Casey and the Turtles take cover down the 
street, all eyes are on April and her dad. 

CASEY 
(re: April) 
It's. . . complicated. 

But Mikey is clearly smitten with April . 

MICHELANGELO 
Not for nothing, but... If she's a 
free agent, you mind putting in a 
good word for me? 

RAPHAEL 
Dream on, Mikey. 

(re: Casey) 
She obviously digs baboons . . .

Leo interjects, pumping Casey up for the task at hand...

EXT. O'NEIL HOUSE - DRIVEWAY - DAY 

Casey, dreading what he's about to do, approaches April and 
her Dad, who is not too pleased to see him. 

HARRY O'NEIL 

Casey — ? 

CASEY 
( sheepish , polite ) 
Morning, Mr. O'Neil. 

April doesn't know where this is heading, but she knows she 
wants privacy. . . 

APRIL 

Can you give us a minute, dad? 

Mr. O'Neil looks Casey over with putative disapproval, then 
nods and heads to the house. Casey and April stand in 
silence for an AWKWARD BEAT Then: 

APRIL (CONT'D) 
The sun's up. Isn't it your 
bedtime? 

CASEY 

(faux heartfelt sincerity) 
That's the thing, April... I've 
been asleep for too long. 

As this powerful sentiment gets April's attention, Casey can 
see, over her shoulder: 

THE TURTLES ARE ON THE MOVE. Out from their cover and 
heading for April's U-Haul...

... And I've never even been there. 

April tracks Casey's eye-line. SPINS AROUND — THE TURTLES 
INSTANTLY COLLAPSE INTO THEIR SHELLS, CAMOUFLAGING THEMSELVES 
IN SHRUBBERY . 

April has no idea they are only a few feet from her, but 
Casey sure does. So he presses on: 

CASEY (CONT'D) 
Take me with you . 

April's attention SNAPS back to Casey. 

APRIL 

What? 

CASEY 

Show me what I'm missing... 

APRIL 
But you said — 

CASEY 

Forget what I said. Consistency's 
never been one of my strong suits . 

APRIL

Casey is saying this both to April and to The Turtles , who 
take this as a sign to make a break for the open U-Haul. The 
Turtles successfully make their way in, undetected. 

Back to April: This is everything she wanted, but April's 
still gonna make Casey sweat it.

Casey lays on a charming grin. April tries to resist. But —

April tosses Casey the CAR KEYS and disappears inside. Casey 
is miserable. He crosses to the U-Haul. The Turtles are 
tucked in amongst April's stuff. Mikey looks to Casey: 

MICHELANGELO 
(with great disdain) 
You should be ashamed of yourself. 
Playing with a young girl's heart 
like that — 

Casey wants to ring Mikey 's neck. But for now, CASEY JUST 
SLAMS THE U-HAUL 'S DOORS CLOSED and we SMASH TO: 



INT. JONES ' HOUSE - DAY 

Casey bursts through the door, where he finds Evelyn - in her 
ROBE, at the stove... 

EVELYN JONES 
I just put some eggs on — 

But Casey is a man on a mission, moving hurriedly past his 
mom. . . 

CASEY 

No breakfast for me. Not today... 

(looks around, realizing) 
Do we have a suitcase? 

EVELYN JONES

Casey heads to the Hall Closet. Evelyn follows him...

He ZIPS up the Suitcase and turns to his mom. He hates the 
thought of leaving her... 

CASEY (CONT'D)

Evelyn pulls Casey in for a WARM HUG. She then looks him

Casey charges back to the trailer, where he furiously SWINGS 
OPEN the U-Haul Doors — 

THE TURTLES FREEZE IN POSITION - Raph with Leo in a headlock. 
Don grabbing Raph's leg. And Mikey pulling at Leo's waist. 

Casey notices The Turtles have moved around April's 
furniture, TRANSFORMING THE U-HAUL INTO A MOBILE LIVING ROOM . 

CASEY (CONT'D) 
Correct me if I'm wrong, but... 
don't Ninjas pride themselves on 
being stealth ? And undetectable ? 

DONATELLO 
In all fairness, it's been a while 
since we've had a proper meal. 
Check this one off to low blood 
sugar . 

Casey SLAMS the door shut. 

Raph releases Leo. Don and Mikey standing between them as 
the Turtles catch their breath. After a beat, Leo, while eye-

Glad to see you guys are getting 
along... Now eat up. 

The Turtles take the Pizza Boxes, eagerly opening 'em. But — 

MICHELANGELO 
What's this? 

CASEY 
It's pizza. 

RAPHAEL 

By whose standards does this 
processed, pre-packaged muck have 
the right to call itself pizza? 

CASEY 

It's got bread, sauce and cheese.

Silence on the other end of the line. Snorting Voice and 
High-Pitched Growl are cowed at hearing Krang 's name.

COLONEL SCHRADER 
The Turtles are headed to a 
decommissioned section of New 
York's sewer system. I want you 
two to secure that location and 
wait there for them. 

SNORTING VOICE (O.S.)

More like... A rat-trap.

the sports report — 

CASEY 

All I meant was... They must be 
dying to get you back to work at 
the station. 

APRIL 

Yeah. . . 

Talking about her job somehow makes April uncomfortable. As 
if there's something she's hidin g. . . To deflect, she reaches 
for the RADIO KNOB, but suddenly — ! 

The Pathfinder BUCKS. VIOLENTLY ! From an EXPLOSION just 
behind them. Casey pumps the brakes. April white knuckles 
the dash. 

CASEY 

Hang on! 

And as she looks over her shoulder, April's jaw drops at the 
sight of THE U-HAUL: IT'S BLOWN FREE FROM ITS MOORING AND IS 
CAREENING OUT FROM BEHIND THEM. As April's eyes follow it, 
changing lanes and racing up ALONG SIDE HER WINDOW — 

APRIL 

My stuff. Casey, my stuff — 

But then April's jaw practically unhinges, when THE BACK DOOR 
OF THE U-HAUL IS KICKED OPEN FROM THE INSIDE. RAPH AND LEO 
STEP OUT ONTO THE TAILGATE . 

APRIL (CONT'D) 
THAT'S NOT MY STUFF — THAT' S — 
WHAT—??? 

Casey doesn't know what to say. He looks to Raph: 

RAPHAEL 
Eyes on the road, Casey! 

April turns to Casey, her mind blown —

April can't believe what she's hearing. Who the fuck is 
this... Turtle? But she's spun away from Mikey when Leo 
pulls Casey to the roof and turns to Mikey. 

LEONARDO 
( seeing something) 
You ready to take this party 
downtown? 

Leo points Mikey 's attention to the ABOVE-GROUND- SUBWAY-TRAIN 
RUMBLING ALONG SIDE THE HIGHWAY . . . 

MICHELANGELO 
I hate hopping a turnstile, but... 

Leo gives the "go-ahead" nod. And, without hesitation, Leo 
and Mikey, carrying Casey and April, LEAP FROM THE 
PATHFINDER, PUSHING OFF HARD TO CLEAR THE HIGHWAY'S TALL 
FOLIAGE EDGING ON COURSE FOR THE SPEEDING SUBWAY TRAIN . 

THEY STICK THE LANDING, though they ain't gonna be getting 
any medals for style and grace. 

INSIDE THE TRAIN CAR : The THUD of their landing reverberates, 
briefly drawing the attention of the only riders in the car: 
TWO BROOKLYN MUMBLECORE HIPSTERS (Husky-Tall and Skinny- 
Short) . They look up from an IPAD...

Casey knows it's gonna take a lot more than that. As he 
shakes it off and follows after April... 

BACK ON THE HIGHWAY : Raph and Don MAKE THE LEAP from the out 
of control U-Haul to the SUBWAY TRAIN— 

DONATELLO 
(to Leo and Mikey) 
INCOMING! I ! 

Don lands on the TRAIN'S ROOF. Raph lands beside him, but 
WOBBLES ON THE EDGE... LEO GRABS AND ANCHORS RAPH . A close 
one. Leo can't help hut taunt his brother...

when you're on your own. 

RAPHAEL

CASEY AND APRIL : WIND WHIPPING at them, arrive at the space

NEAR DISTANCE . This train's heading underground — 

CASEY 
GET DOWN —! 

The Turtles turn and see the encroaching guillotine of the 
tunnel's low celling just as CASEY AND APRIL DIVE INTO THE 
SPACE BETWEEN THE NINE AND TEN CAR — 

The Turtles dive off the back of the train as the subway 
ramrods into the tunnel ' s gaping maw — 

THE TURTLES HANG ONTO THE BACK OF THE SUBWAY CAR BY A FINGER 
(OR THREE) as The REMAINING DOZEN FOOT come sailing over on 
their motorcycles, falling in behind them and CONTINUING 
THEIR HOT PURSUIT — 

MICHELANGELO 
How'd they find us? 

DONATELLO 
( owning it ) 
I probably didn't secure 
communications tightly enough. 

LEONARDO 
(realizing) 
Which means — 

RAPHAEL 

If they knew where to find us . 
They know where to find Master 
Splinter . . . 

As that dreadful thought settles over them and they brace for 
another wave of Foot attack — 



INT. NEW YORK CITY SEWERS - NIGHT 

DIM and DANK and QUIET. But listen close... THE SOUNDS OF 
BOOT STEPS SPLASHING THROUGH BEFOULED WATER . As they grow 
closer (echoing off the seven- foot, brick tunnel walls), the 
SHADOWS OF TWO MISSHAPEN FIGURES grow menacingly larger and 
larger until... Their owners, who are armed to the teeth, 
arrive in the SEWER JUNCTION - REVEALING: 

BEBOP , a WARTHOG-SHAPED MUTANT WITH RAZOR SHARP TUSKS 
PROTRUDING FROM AROUND HIS MOIST PIG'S SNOUT FITTED WITH A 
GOLD RING . He stands upright at over-six-feet-tall, and 
wears his trademark PURPLE MOHAWK and SLOTTED SHADES.

Beside him, a bit shorter but much beefier, is ROCKSTEADY. A 
RHINO-LIKE MUTANT WITH THICK SILVER-BROWN SKIM AMD A HEAVY 
HORN PROTRUDING FROM HIS FACE . CAMOUFLAGE PANTS and an ARMY 
HELMET complete his look. 

[We will recognize them by their voices from their phone 
conversation with Schrader. They are, respectively, Snorting 
Voice and High-Pitch Growl.] 

As Rocksteady checks a HANDHELD GPS TRACKER: 

ROCKSTEADY 
Keep moving. We're close. 

BEBOP 

(re : his soggy sneakers ) 
You know what it'll cost to get 
this stench out? Brand new set of 
kicks . . . Ruined. 

ROCKSTEADY 
I'll get you a fresh pair in the 
morning. Made custom. I 'm 
thinking you'd look good in... 
Rat Skin . 

Bebop follows Rocksteady down an INTERSECTING TUNNEL , as: 



INT. SUBWAY TUNNELS - NIGHT 

The Foot, closely pursuing the Turtles, unleash a VOLLEY OF 
GUNFIRE... But the bullets never reach their mark because LEO 
LET'S GO OF THE TRAIN, TUCKING INTO HIS SHELL . 

LEO'S SHELL BOUNCES UP OFF THE RAIL-TIES, DEFLECTING BULLETS 
AS HE FLIES TOWARDS THE FOOT . But the Foot see him coming 
and TWO RIDERS SWERVE, successfully avoiding him. Well, 
almost avoiding him. . . 

LEO'S ARMS SNAP OUT, CLOTHES -LINING THE TWO FOOT . He then 
lands, straddled on a third foot's motorcycle, facing him. 
LEO HEAD-BUTTS THE FOOT OFF THE BIKE and spins around into a 
forward rider's position just as — 

The SUBWAY TUNNEL MERGES WITH SEVERAL OTHERS. THE FOOT 
ACCELERATE, WEAVING BETWEEN THE TUNNELS ' SUPPORT BEAMS, AS 
THEY FLANK THE TRAIN . Leo draws a NINJAKEN, giving chase as — 



Don SWINGS up onto the TRAIN CAR'S ROOF as —

RAPH KICKS AWAY FROM THE TRAIN . HE GRABS A TUNNEL'S SUPPORT 
BEAM AND SLINGSHOTS AROUND IT , landing on the back of a Foot

before dumping him off the side and taking on the others — 

Don leans down, checking in on: Casey and April, who are 
holding on between cars . 

DONATE LLO 
How you doing down there? 

CASEY 
Living the dream. 

DONATELLO 
Don't tell Mikey I said this, 
but... You do make a handsome 
couple . 

And Don disappears. Casey turns back to April: 

APRIL 

I'll give you one thing - of all 
the reasons I came up with for why 
you really wanted to come to New 
York, this. . . Never made the list. 

CASEY 

It doesn't mean I don't want us to

But before Casey can finish, a FOOT RIDER LEAPS FROM HIS BIKE 
STRAIGHT AT APRIL, grabbing a fistful of her jacket — 

April recoils, trying to pull away. But Casey LEVELS THE 
FOOT WITH A POWER-SHOT RIGHT TO THE SWEET-SPOT . The Foot 
spills off the side of the train as, Casey turns to April — 

CASEY (CONT'D) 
See? Who cares about you the most? 

APRIL 

If you cared , you would have told

CASEY 

I was in a predicament! It 
wouldn't kill you to be a little

INT. NEW YORK CITY SEWERS - NIGHT 

The GPS Tracker has led Bebop and Rocksteady to a DEAD END. 
A WROUGHT IRON WALL, adorned with a dozen HAND-WHEELS , spans 
the tunnel. As he studies the wall: 

ROCKSTEADY 
There must be a hidden lever here 
somewhere . . . 

But Bebop has different plans. He SLAPS ONTO THE WALL A 
WATERMELON- SIZED HUNK OF C-4 AND KEYS A DIGITAL DETONATOR . 

BEBOP 

Or we just ring the bell — ? 
CLOSE ON: The Detonator counting down. :10... :9... SMASH TO: 



INT. SUBWAY TUNNEL - NIGHT 

A FOOT RIDER bears down on Leo and Raph as they SLALOM 
BETWEEN SUPPORT STRUCTURES, EVADING GUNFIRE. Then, Leo and 
Raph simultaneously HIT THE BRAKES — 

And as the Foot Rider speeds past, RAPH JAMS HIS SAI IN THE 
SPOKES OF THE MOTORCYCLE'S FRONT WHEEL . The Rider goes 
flying and the BIKE TUMBLES OFF into the tunnel wall, 
EXPLODING IN A FIERY-BOOM ! 1 I 

CUT CLOSE ON: 

EYES STARTLED OPEN - a PAIR OF JET BLACK PEARLS, glimmering 
with WISDOM AND POISE, are surrounded by SHORT, GREY/BROWN 
FUR that fleck a WRINKLED SNOUT with LONG WHISKERS. This is: 

MASTER SPLINTER, As he turns to the source of the CRASH: 



INT. NEW YORK CITY SEWERS - NIGHT 

Bebop and Rocksteady survey the MASSIVE HOLE in the sewer 
wall before entering:

INT. TURTLE'S UNDERGROUND LAIR - NIGHT 

A WIDE-OPEN LOFT-STYLE SPACE. As Bebop and Rocksteady SMASH 
their way through it, we get glimpses of the TURTLES HOME: 

An abandoned pre-war-era SEWER CONTROL ROOM adorned with all 
the trappings four teenage boys would desire: IPADS and 
SKATEBOARDS and X-BOXES WIRED TO FLAT SCREENS and GRAPHIC 
NOVELS strewn about... 

BEBOP 

Gotta hand it to these guys . They 
sure know how to make the best of a 
bad situation. 

ROCKSTEADY 
Shut your snout and put those down. 

Rocksteady indicates a set of CLOSED DOUBLE-DOORS. THEY 
RAISE THEIR WEAPONS and KICK IT OPEN — 



INT. TURTLE'S UNDERGROUND LAIR - DO JO - CONTINUOUS 

Bebop and Rocksteady come face-to-face with Splinter, who 
rises from his meditative position. His f rail-looking-f rame 
dwarfed by the hulking intruders... 

SPLINTER 

I assume you're not here to deliver 
the Chinese food I ordered. . . 

BEBOP 

You know why we're here. 

ROCKSTEADY 
And it ain't Fried Rice we're gonna 
be deliverin' — 

Splinter watches closely as Bebop and Rocksteady CHAMBER 
ROUNDS in their weapons and set him in the cross-hairs... 

SPLINTER 

You may be younger than me . And 
more well equipped. But you've 
made a fatal oversight — 

BEBOP 

Oh, yeah? Enlighten us, Sensei... 
SPLINTER 

Underestimating the hunger in an 
old man's belly —

And in a flash, SPLINTER IS CHARGING THEM — Bebop and 
Rocksteady OPEN FIRE! The room explodes with the deafening 
roar of BEBOP'S AA-12 AUTOMATIC SHOTGUN, and ROCKSTEADY'S 
GOLD TWIN DESERT EAGLE S- 

But Splinter DUCKS UNDER , into SHOULDER ROLL, as he WHIPS OFF 
A DOZEN THROWING STARS in rapid succession — 

The stars bulls-eye, JAMMING THE SHELL EJECTORS AND TRIGGERS 
ON BEBOP AND ROCKSTEADY' S WEAPONS . 

And while Bebop dodges the remaining projectiles, ROCKSTEADY 
JUST GRABS A THROWING STAR OUT OF THE AIR WITH HIS BARE HAND . 
His dermal armor unaffected by the star's sharp blades — 

Rocksteady tosses it to the floor and pulls DOUBLE BOWIE 
KNIVES. Bebop draws a GERBER MARK II. 

Splinter BOUNDS TO HIS FEET, GRABBING from a weapon's stand A 
NAGINATA (a long curved blade on the end of a wooden shaft, 
the traditional weapon of the Sohei) . 

AND THE BATTLE IS ON ! Splinter's masterful weapons handling 
up against Bebop and Rocksteady's brute force - AS THE EDGED 
WEAPONS CLASH AGAINST EACH OTHER, SPARKS FLY — 



INT. SUBWAY TUNNEL - NIGHT 

SPARKS FROM THE TRAIN'S THIRD RAIL , illuminate the lead rider 
in the LAST OF THE MOTORCYCLE FOOT closing in on Leo and 
Raph. It's SCHRADER . And the snarl on his face is a dead 
give away that he's out for blood... 

But as Schrader bears down on them, A SECOND TRAIN (free from 
passengers) MERGES INTO THE TUNNEL , forcing Schrader and the 
remaining Foot, along with Leo and Raph, off their bikes and 
onto the side of that train — 

Leo takes out the last of the Foot. While SCHRADER, drawing 
a PAIR OF DOUBLE-CLAW-BLADES, swipes at Leo, SLASHING HIS 
HAND and causing Leo to lose partial grip on the train — 

Schrader then SLAMS THE CLAW BLADE into the side of the 
train. Using it as an anchor point, Schrader swings into A 
FLYING KICK THAT SENDS RAPH CRASHING THROUGH THE TRAIN WINDOW 
and into the empty car — 



INT. SUBWAY TRAIN CAR - CONTINUOUS 

Raph shakes off the hit, popping to his feet, but Schrader is 
already on top of him - CLAW-BLADES SINGING through the air.

COLONEL SCHRADER 
I'm gonna put you back in that 
cage. Where you belong. 

Raph gets his Sais out just in time. And though Raph 
deflects the initial onslaught, SCHRADER KEEPS COMING, 
PUSHING RAPH UP AGAINST THE PROVERBIAL ROPES. That Is until — 

Leo arrives, Ninjaken drawn. IT'S a TWO-ON-ONE now, and 
should be an easy victory for Leo and Raph, BUT SCHRADER' S 
ONE TOUGH SON-OF-A-BITCH. As they battle — 



INT. TURTLE'S UNDERGROUND LAIR - DO JO - NIGHT 

Splinter clashes with Bebop and Rocksteady - SPLINTER'S 
PRECISION FIGHTING SKILLS allowing him to disarm Rocksteady 
and SWEEP OUT HIS LEGS. The Rhino hits the floor stunned — 

Splinter spins to Bebop, SLICING towards Bebop's throat with 
the Naginata's sharp edge. But BEBOP CATCHES THE BLADE IN 
HIS TUSKS - locking them in a stalemate . . .

TWO TRAINS SPEED SIDE-BY-SIDE down the tunnel. LEO AND RAPH 
CONTINUE THEIR ENGAGEMENT WITH SCHRADER on one train. Mikey 
finds Don on the roof of the other: 

MICHELANGELO 
We just blew past one-fifty-five. 

Don does some quick calculations before CALLING OVER TO LEO: 

DONATELLO 
Leo. Thousand feet and we're out. 

Mikey drops down into the space between the train cars , and 
addresses Casey and April:

This is our stop .

them down they get right back up and come at him harder — 

Bebop and Rocksteady LAND HEAVY DUTY HITS - They are gaining 
the upper hand . . . 



INT. SUBWAY TRAIN CAR - NIGHT 

Leo ELBOWS SCHRADER AWAY and turns to Raph: 

LEONARDO 
We gotta bail — 

But Raph's attention is drawn to a FALLING DROP OF BLOOD from 
Schrader's lip. It's a MOMENT IN TIME as RAPH NOTICES THAT 
SCHRADER ' S BLOOD IS BLUE IN COLOR . . . 

And though he's perplexed by it, he knows someone's gotta 
stay and fight. He barks at Leo — 

RAPHAEL 

I'll handle this. Get to Master 
Splinter — 

LEONARDO 
You can't take him alone — 

RAPHAEL 

Just. GO I 

And as Raph purposefully attacks Schrader, Leo bails out of 
the train - FLYING THROUGH THE AIR, we MATCH TO: 



INT. TURTLE'S UNDERGROUND LAIR - DOJO - NIGHT 

SPLINTER FLYING THROUGH THE AIR and CRASHING AGAINST THE DOJO 
WALL. Splinter wobbles to his feet, he's taken a beating. 
And as Bebop decks him with another BRUTAL BLOW . MATCH TO: 



INT. SUBWAY TRAIN CAR - NIGHT 

RAPH TAKES A SERIES OF WHEEL KICKS TO THE FACE . He stumbles 
backwards .

And grabbing the HANDRAIL, Raph swing around gaining purchase 
behind Schrader - locking him in an muscled CHOKE HOLD. 
SCHRADER STRUGGLES... RAPH HANGS ON TIGHT... 

It looks like he's going to win this round... That is until: 

THICK CURVED BLADES EJECT THROUGH SCHRADER' S SKIN - HIS BODY 
IS SUDDENLY COVERED WITH THEM . WTF?!? Raph is BLOWN BACK by 
the force of them, giving Schrader the upper hand. . . 

Schrader delivers BLOW after BLOW till RAPH SINKS TO HIS 

KNEES This contest is over. But then, RAPH SLAMS HIS SAI 

THROUGH THE TOP OF SCHRADER 7 S FOOT - pinning him to the 
subway floor before NAILING HIM WITH A TOOTH-RATTLING- 
UPPERCUT. Raph then smashes out the back of the train — 



INT. SUBWAY TUNNELS - CONTINUOUS 

Raph tumbles to a stop and rises in the middle of the tracks, 
watching the train with Schrader recede. But Raph's eyes go 
wide as, through the open door of the train, he sees — 



INT. SUBWAY TRAIN CAR - CONTINUOUS 

A LARGE FLAP OF SCHRADER' S SKIN HANGING LOOSELY FROM WHERE 
RAPH HIT HIM — 

Frustrated, Schrader grabs the skin, peeling away half of his 
face and FURTHER REVEALING: Schrader' s not a man at all, 
he's something else entirely, as evidenced by — 

JAGGED BLADE TEETH are set into a mouth so wide it nearly 
wraps around his head, which is covered in PALE YELLOW SKIN. 
And HIS EYES (the one that's now visible) BURN FIRE RED 

Schrader reaches down and PULLS THE SAI FROM HIS FOOT, 
letting loose with a TERRIFYING, OTHERWORLDLY-HOWL — 



INT. TURTLE'S UNDERGROUND LAIR - DO JO - DAY 

BEBOP PULLS HIS BOOT-KNIFE and approaches the semi-conscious 
Splinter. Rocksteady, standing over him, comments: 

ROCKSTEADY 
Ready to get wiped off the menu...? 

Splinter's too dazed to try and defend himself - he put up a 
good fight, but he's got nothing left in the tank. And as 
Bebop brings down the BLADE — 

THE KNIFE IS KNOCKED FROM HIS HAND BY A FLYING BO STAFF—

Knowing they're out-manned, BEBOP AND ROCKSTEADY DIVE FOR 
THEIR WEAPONS ON THE FLOOR NEARBY . They scoop them up and UN- 
LOAD ON THE TURTLES — 

The Turtles scatter - Don heads for Splinter; Leo and Mikey, 
pull Casey and April behind cover. From this position, April 
grabs her iPhone and begins VIDEO RECORDING HERSELF: 

APRIL 

This is April O'Neil. In the event 
of my death, this footage is the

encountered evidence suggesting the

SPLINTER 

Colonel Schrader and his men are, 
indeed, infiltrators in disguise. 
But . . . They are not from this 
world . 

DONATELLO

SPLINTER 
A parallel dimension. One that 
exists concurrently in time and 
space with our planet. It's called 
Dimension X. 

A hard notion to swallow.

Sitting alone, SCHRADER REPAIRS THE DAMAGE Raph did to his 
FALSE FACE during their fight on the subway. His BODY BLADES 
have retracted and he is , once again, looking more like a 
regular man. He puts on the finishing touches, and exits — 



INT. WATERFRONT WAREHOUSE - NIGHT 

This is Schrader's COMMAND CENTER. All around the room are 
COMPUTER STATIONS and LARGE FLAT SCREENS tracking the weather 
anomalies and COUNTING DOWN to Krang's impending invasion . . . 

Schrader approaches a Foot, who holds a HIGH-TECH WALKIE: 

SCHRADER 

Do we have status on the Turtles? 
FOOT 

Negative. Bebop and Rocksteady's 
transmitters must have been 
destroyed. 

As the Foot sends out another "hailing signal", we CUT: 

CLOSE ON: Bebop and Rocksteady's HIGH-TECH WALKIE S . Both 
BEEPING WITH INCOMING SIGNALS . Both Walkies very much in 
working order. PULL BACK TO REVEAL WE ARE: 



INT. TURTLE'S UNDERGROUND LAIR - DOJO - NIGHT 

Bebop and Rocksteady, standing amongst the rubble - the dust 
having settled, are terrified to answer their Walkies. As 
they nervously pace the room: 

BEBOP 
You answer . 

ROCKSTEADY 
I ain't gonna tell him we mucked 
this up. 

BEBOP 

The Colonel always like you better 
than he liked me. 

ROCKSTEADY 
I don't remember him sending me no 
Daffodils on my birthday. 



The Walkies BEEP again. Ignoring it —

Turtles vamooshed. And we got no 
trace of how to find them. 

Rocksteady's foot connects with something. It lights up as 
it slides out from under the debris. It's April's iPhone . 
As he picks it up and examines it: 

ROCKSTEADY 
The girl's cell. It's got 
everything about her on here. 

(then) 
This is very good. 

Just then, the Walkies BEEP. Bebop, suddenly realizing 
there's good news to deliver to Schrader, answers his Walkie: 

BEBOP 

Go for Colonel Schrader. 

Rocksteady cuts him a hard look — 

ROCKSTEADY 
No fair — .' I want to tell him. 

Bebop ignores Rocksteady. MUSIC RISES as Bebop reports their 
findings to Schrader. And as we realize that our heros are 
in imminent danger of being found, we TRANSITION TO: 



EXT. MANHATTAN SKYLINE - DAY 

The BIG CITY in all of its glory. A new day brings with it a 
steady flow of pedestrians entering and exiting THE MANY HIGH- 
RISES. In the center of it all - THIRTY EIGHT STORIES OF 
DARK CLADDING IN MID-TOWN - is the BLACKROCK BUILDING. An 
international news headquarters . 

CASEY (PRELAP) 
This is where you work? 



INT. BLACKROCK - LOBBY - DAY 

Casey and April enter the bustling Lobby and head for the 
elevators. Casey drinks in the HIGH CEILINGS and IMPECCABLY- 
DRESSED EMPLOYEES. Casey is impressed. April is tense...

PIPES and VALVES (all shapes and sizes) - everything you'd 
expect to find in a skyscraper's basement. Including a 
MASSIVE WHEEL VALVE attached to the MAIN SEWER LINE. 

The valve begins to SPIN, opening a LARGE HATCH from which 
The Turtles EMERGE . As they pull themselves up from the 
sewer into the building's basement: 

RAPHAEL 

Just once I'd like to come in 
through the front door — 

Leo searches for a 4'x4' DOOR marked: MAINTENANCE ACCESS — 

LEONARDO 

Well, don't get comfy. It's gonna 
get worse before it gets better. 

As The Turtles load through the Maintenance Hatch — 



INT. BLACKROCK - LOBBY /ELEVATOR - DAY 

Casey and April board an EMPTY ELEVATOR car. April uses her 
SWIPE CARD to ACTIVATE the button for the 35th Floor. As 
they ride up alone, April runs through the plan:

Okay. We beeline across the News 
Floor. At the far end is a set of 
double doors - that's the Secure 
Access Area - where, hopefully, 
your new friends will be in 
position waiting for us.

The Turtles hang on to the bottom of the Elevator Car, taking 
a ride up. As they pass the numbered floors —

I'll loop the building's 
surveillance footage. Make sure we 
don't get caught on tape. 

LEONARDO 

Raph, go with. Mikey and I'll meet 
you guys up top. 

And as Don and Mikey SWING OFF the moving elevator car, Mikey 
turns to Leo — 

MICHELANGELO

our first daytime mission ! After 
all these years... 

LEONARDO

DING — / Elevator Doors OPEN. Casey and April step onto the

hustle through the space. A whole new world for Casey — 

CASEY 

Look at this place. You gotta show 
me your desk . . . 

But April is only focused on the DOUBLE DOORS at the FAR END 
of the floor - this is their destination. 

APRIL 

Follow me . 
And they start across the News Floor — 



INT. BLACKROCK - ELECTRICAL CLOSET - DAY 

Don drops in through some CEILING TILES. He gets to work, 
studying the MULTIPLE WIRING RELAYS. Raph pokes his head 
down through the opening. Don looks up at him: 

DONATELLO 
No good. Can't rewire without 
briefly interrupting picture. You 
need to neutralize the Guard 
monitoring the feed. 

Raph nods. Starts away. Don stops him. Clarifying: 

DONATELLO (CONT'D) 
Raph. Be gentle . Leo doesn't want 
anyone hurt on this one . 

RAPHAEL 
(defiant) 

You handle your business your way. 
I'll handle my business my way . 

Don FROWNS, but there's nothing he can do. Raph disappears — 



INT. BLACKROCK - SECURITY SURVEILLANCE ROOM - DAY 

A SCHLUMPY SECURITY GUARD mans a BANK OF MONITORS. Behind 
him, up on the ceiling, a SUSPENSION TILE SLOWLY LIFTS, 
REVEALING RAPH - he aims a SMALL BAMBOO TUBE at the Guard — 

THWAAAAAAP! A TINY BLOW DART hits the Guard in the neck. 
And within seconds he's out cold . As Raph slips away:

HOLD ON: The Monitors. They FLICKER off then back on, and we

MUSIC RISES as we PUSH THROUGH THE MONITOR TO: 



EXT. BLACKROCK BUILDING - DAY 

Schrader climbs out of the first SUV. As he heads for the 
entrance, flanked by Foot: 

COLONEL SCHRADER 
Lock it down. Men on every portal. 
No one gets out of here unchecked. 

As the Foot fan out-- 



INT. BLACKROCK - 35TH FLOOR - DAY 

Half way across the News Floor, Casey stops at a GLASS WALL 
partitioning off the LIVE TV NEWS BROADCAST STAGE. 

CASEY 
(sotto voce) 
How - cool is this? 

As he gawks, April doubles back to him: 

APRIL 

Now's not the time for sightseeing — 
CASEY 

No. I know. But. Look at all 
this . . . 

(taking her hand, sweetly) 
I'm so proud of you, April. 

A sweet sentiment. This is the side of Casey she'll always 
love... But the moment is broken when April, over Casey's 
shoulder, sees — 

HOLY SHIT! Schrader and a half dozen Foot spill out of the 
elevator and onto the News Floor.

April seems to almost be more afraid of him than Schrader. . . 

NEWS ANCHOR 

No matter. 

CASEY 
(recognizing him) 
Hey. You're the guy that comes on 
after reruns of "Raymond" . 

April's horrified. The NEWS ANCHOR regards Casey with 
hesitant curiosity — 

NEWS ANCHOR

CASEY 
I'm with her. 

The News Anchor looks April over - doesn't know who she is . 
But April expects that. And introduces herself — 

APRIL

NEWS ANCHOR 
Well done. Not every errand girl 
gets that right. 

The News Anchor gives April a pleasant, yet CONDESCENDING PAT 
ON THE SHOULDER as he exits. April's humiliated. Casey's 
confused. 

CASEY 

Does this mean you don't have a 
desk? 

APRIL 
(deflated, exposed) 
No desk. Just a cubby . 

But Casey's only half hearing her now, because CASEY'S JUST 
SPOTTED SCHRADER AND THE FOOT ACROSS THE NEWS FLOOR — 

CASEY 

Right. Why don't you show me cubby 
another time... 

APRIL 
Great idea. 

Just then, a CBS EMPLOYEE points Schrader in Casey and 
April's direction. But when Schrader turns... Casey and 
April are gone... 

Schrader, determined to not let them slip away again, address 
the Foot around him:

Sweep the entire floor. Turn over 
every desk if you have to... Move! 

As Schrader and the Foot disperse, we RACK FOCUS to a VENT 
REGISTER where we see a PAIR OF EYES, belonging to — 



INT. BLACKROCK - VENT DUCTS - DAY 

Mikey, having just spotted Schrader, whispers to himself as 
he hurries through the Duct: 

MIKEY 

Come on, Leo. We need that Access 
Card. . . 



INT. BLACKROCK - SECURITY LOCKER ROOM - DAY 

Close on: THREE GREEN FINGERS reach into an OPEN LOCKER, 
stretching for a SECURITY SWIPE (ACCESS ) CARD - but it's just 
too far away. . . The fingers pull back quickly as — 

An AGGRO SECURITY GUARD, changing out of his uniform, turns 
back to face his locker. He's alone in the room. Then from 
above him, we see a GREEN FINGER tap him on the shoulder — 

The Guard turns again. No one is there. Weird... 

AGGRO GUARD 

Who dat? 

No answer. As he looks around, TILT UP TO FIND: LEO IS 
HORIZONTALLY STRETCHED BETWEEN TWO CEILING BEAMS - holding 
himself up above the Guard. Leo stretches down to grab the 
Access Card from the locker. But it's just too far away... 

Leo pulls away as the Guard returns to his changing - why 
can't anything just be simple...? 



INT. BLACKROCK - 35TH FLOOR - DAY 

Casey and April hustle across the crowded News Floor, 
cautiously keeping out of Schrader 's sight — 

APRIL 

We're toast if they don't come 
through — 

CASEY 

They'll come through.

INT. BLACKROCK - SECURITY LOCKER ROOM - DAY 

Leo taps the Guard's shoulder again. As he SPINS AROUND — 

AGGRO GUARD 
You want a piece of me — 

Leo shakes his head - what a douche. As the Guard turns back 
to his looker, Leo stays outta sight by swiftly and silently 
swinging over into the next BANK OF LOCKERS. 

[Note: This Is a fun, albeit urgent , sequence In which Leo 
toys with the Aggro Guard Ninja Style . So while the Guard 
knows someone Is there, he's never able to get eyes on Leo.] 

The Guard, properly incensed, grabs his BILLYSTICK and 
charges around the end of the locker row into the next. But 
he stops short, when he sees no-one is there... Because — 

Leo is back at the Guard's locker, swiping the Access Card. 

AGGRO GUARD ( O . S . ) { CONT ' D ) 
Come get a taste of The Wu-Tang 1 I ! 

LEONARDO 
(under his breath) 
Love to. If I wasn't late to meet 
some friends 

And as the Guard rounds the corner back to his locker, LEO 
STEALTHILY SLIPS BACK UP THROUGH THE CEILING VENT, leaving 
the Guard bedeviled as — 



INT. BLACKROCK - VENT DUCTS - DAY 

Leo, knowing he's behind schedule, begins pulling himself 
through the Ducts as quickly as possible — 



INT. BLACKROCK - 35TH FLOOR - DAY 

Casey and April wind into A NARROW PASSAGEWAY THAT DEAD-ENDS 
AT THE DOUBLE DOORS — 

Casey glances at Schrader' s position - he's half way across 
the News Floor. And closing. . . FAST! [There's no going back 
for Casey and April - they either get through those doors or 
they have to turn and face Schrader and the Foot.] 

MUSIC PULSES as they continue towards the Double Doors —

INT. BLACKROCK - VENT DUCTS - DAY 

As Leo races through the Ducts, he spies the News Floor 
through a REGISTER where he CAN CLEARLY SEE SCHRADER 
ENCROACHING ON CASEY AND APRIL'S POSITION . He's gotta, hurry — 

Leo rounds another corner, but STOPS SUDDENLY at DUCT 
JUNCTION. It's a dead end ! Each connecting duct is too 
small for him to fit through... LEO'S STUCK . 

Leo's mind races. There's no way to complete the mission. 
And he can't leave Casey and April out there alone against 
Schrader. He's going to have to fight. Out in the open! HE 
STEELS HIMSELF, PREPARING TO TEAR HIS WAY OUT OF THE DUCT AND 
DROP DOWN ON TO THE NEWS FLOOR. But then — 

A FAINT WHISTLE pulls his attention to the other end of the 
Duct Casey and April are walking directly under. IT'S MIKEY . 

Leo FLICKS THE KEY CARD, like a Throwing Star , down the 
vent... Mikey snatches it just as — 

CASEY AND APRIL take their final steps to the Double Doors... 

MICHELANGELO ( O . S . ) 
(softly) 
Twelve O' Clock. 

CASEY'S EYES TICK UP TO THE CEILING VENT, WHERE HE SEES MIKEY 
SLIP THE KEY CARD THROUGH THE GRATES, DROPPING IT TO CASEY, 
WHO ONE-HANDS IT BY HIS SIDE, NEVER SKIPPING A STEP . 

April lets out a sigh of relief as the Access Card KEYS OPEN 
THE DOUBLE DOORS — SUCCESS . Casey turns to April. 

CASEY 

Now take back what you said about 
Rizzo and Stinky Pete. 

But April just SHOVES Casey through the Double Doors, only 
moments before Schrader 's eyes tick in their direction. 
Casey and April are safe from Schrader. For now... 



INT. BLACKROCK - SERVER ROOM - CONTINUOUS 

It's a CLEAN ROOM dominated by ROWS OF SERVER TOWERS. As the 
doors close behind Casey and April, they get to work —

The filtration system is on the far

Casey and April approach an HVAC SYSTEM EMBEDDED IN THE WALL. 
Casey diagnoses the CONTROL PANEL and THROWS THE OFF LEVER. 

THE FANS AUDIBLY SPOOL DOWN . Then, Casey TRIGGERS A RELEASE 
MECHANISM and THE ENTIRE SIX-FOOT-TALL-HVAC-UNIT SLIDES 
FORWARD ON TRACKS , exposing a large opening covered by A 
THICK-WIRE -ENCASED FILTER. 

CASEY 

Help me get this out. 

They hulk out the MATTRESS -SI ZED FILTER UNIT, behind which 
are: The Turtles - Leo enters first, calling out orders. 

LEONARDO 

Raph. Mikey. Man the door. Don, 
work your magic. 

Raph and Mikey flank the doors. Don cozies up to the Server 
Towers' COMMAND UNIT - fingers dancing across the KEYBOARD. 

LEONARDO (CONT'D) 
How long will it take? 

ON THE MONITOR: COMPUTER CODE, MAPS and GRAPHICS race by... 

DONATELLO 
Compiling and downloading now. 

CASEY 

See! That's what I love about Don. 

(to the other Turtles)

On the edge of the News Floor, a Foot approaches Schrader:

There's no sign of them anywhere. 

Schrader scowls. But then something occurs to him. He 
fishes an iPhone from his pocket. It's April's. Schrader 
pulls up the contacts and DIALS. It begins to RING...

As Casey grabs his RINGING phone. 

APRIL 
Who's calling? 

CASEY

Casey looks to April- that's weird...

Schrader's ears perk up when he hears the faint sound of a 
PHONE RINGING. He zeros in on the source - IT'S COMING FROM 
BEHIND THE DOUBLE DOORS. As he fast tracks towards them — 



INT. BLACKROCK - SERVER ROOM - CONTINUOUS 

The phone continues to RING... All attention is on Casey. 

CASEY 

Do I answer . . . ? 



INT. BLACKROCK - 35TH FLOOR - CONTINUOUS 

Schrader, followed by several Foot, charge down the narrow 
passageway leading to the Double Doors. There's no way our 
guys will be able to evade him now. . . But just as Schrader 
gets his fingers around the door knob — 

THE ENTIRE BUILDING BEGINS TO SWAY AND RUMBLE - throwing 
Schrader and his men off balance — 



INT. BLACKROCK - SERVER ROOM - CONTINUOUS 

As everyone struggles to maintain their footing: 

RAPHAEL 
The hell — ?

It's... An earthquake .

As Raph stumbles towards the HVAC-OPENING — 

RAPHAEL

Raph exits into the VENT DUCTS. 

MICHELANGELO 
As a rule, I try not to agree with 
Raph. But since today's "Upside- 
Down Day" . . . 

Mikey follows Raph out. And the others follow them: 



INT. BLACKROCK - VENT DUCTS - DAY 

Raph leads Casey, April and his brothers through the winding 
passageway, until they arrive at: 

A VENT OPENING CONNECTED TO THE BUILDING' S ELEVATOR SHAFT. 

(But it's completely different than the elevator shaft the 
Turtles rode up in.) 

THE WALLS ARE COVERED IN EXOTIC ALIEN VINES AND FLORA . AND A 
STEADY FLOW OF WATER GUSHES FROM THE CEILING , POOLING AT THE 
BOTTOM OF THE SHAFT - like a waterfall from another world. 

MICHELANGELO 
What the — ? 

LEONARDO 
It ' s what Splinter was talking 
about — Another merge . 

RAPHAEL 

Strap on your swim caps, kids. 

Raph steps off the edge. RAPH DROPS SOME THIRTY-ODD-STORIES 
INTO THE GURGLING WATER AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SHAFT . DON, 
MIKEY AND LEO FOLLOW... This is no troubling task for our 
four shelled friends, but — 

Casey looks to April. She's scared as a white sheet. Casey 
holds out his hand: 

CASEY 

Come on. This is no higher than 
the rope swing at Mac's Pond.

I don't remember Mac's Pond being

CASEY 

Do you remember this — ? 

Casey does something unexpected. He pulls April close and 
PLANTS A KISS ON HER LIPS . 

It's warm and familiar. Lasting for a beat. Until April 
pulls out of it. As they separate... 

APRIL 
( protesting , despite 
herself) 
Casey? I ? What — 

CASEY 
(self-satisfied) 
You fell for that trick every time. 

Because Casey now has April in his arms. And before she can 
react, Casey LAUNCHES OFF the Elevator Shaft, carrying April 
with him — 

IT'S A HARROWING DROP - the shaft walls racing by. CASEY AND 
APRIL BOTH LET GO WITH TERRIFIED SCREAMS THAT ARE SILENCED 
ONLY WHEN THEY PLUNGE INTO THE FRIGID WATER ! 

Casey and April swim for the surface... They break through , 
sucking in a lung-full of air, just as Leo and Raph bob up 
beside them: 

RAPHAEL 

There's an exit point. But we 
gotta swim for it. Grab on. 

Raph offers his Shell to April. Leo offers his to Casey. 

LEONARDO 
(to Casey and April) 
Big breath. And don't let go. 

Casey and April share a look: "Will the madness ever 
stop...?" They grab on to Leo and Raph, take deep breaths, 
and disappear —

INT. UNDERWATER - CONTINUOUS 

Casey and April hang on as Leo and Raph take them DOWN. 
Deeper and deeper. Deeper than the elevator shaft should go. 

THE TURTLES SWIM WITH INCREDIBLE SPEED, GRACE AND AGILITY (as 
If they were built for the water - oh yeah, they were), 
NAVIGATING THROUGH EXTRATERRESTRIAL UNDERWATER CAVES THAT 
TWIST AND TURN ON A DIME, AND LUMINESCE WITH BEAUTIFUL 

ODDITIES BOTH PLANT AND ANIMAL (and some a bizarre 

combination of both). 

[It's a wild roller-coaster ride through an underwater world, 
the likes of which we have never seen before.] 

But for Casey and April the beauty is lost on them as they 
struggle to hold on to their air, despite the burning 
sensation growing in their chests. And just when we think 
they can't hang on any longer. . . 

They splash through the surface, inhaling the fresh and 
sweet, and take in the world around them: 



EXT. DIMENSION X - JUNGLE - CONTINUOUS 

Standing at the water's edge are Don and Mikey, who are 
surrounded by DENSE JUNGLE for as far as the eye can see. IT 
IS OTHERWORLDLY IN ITS COLORS AND PATTERNS. 

APRIL 
Where are we? 

MICHELANGELO 
Somewhere between Stuc k and 
Screwed . 

As Leo, Raph, Casey and April climb to shore. 

DONATELLO 
Keep the faith, baby bro — 

Don points THROUGH A THICKET OF TREES. On the other side of 
them IS AN ENTRANCE TO THE BRICK SEWER TUNNELS OF NYC. But 
THE SEWER'S MOUTH IS DISTORTING - fading in and out ... 

RAPHAEL 

Amen to that. But pray on the way ! 



THEY BREAK INTO A DEAD RUN, fanning out as they push their 
way THROUGH DENSE FOLIAGE. But from the corner of his eye, 
CASEY SEES SOMETHING ELSE MOVING THROUGH THE BRUSH —

We got company! 

Leo turns, looking in Casey and April's direction, and that's 
when HE SEES ONE OF HIS BROTHERS GO DOWN ! (But it happens so 
fast he can't make out which one.) Leo hooks back and heads 
for the Downed Turtle. As he approaches Casey and April: 

LEONARDO 
Don't stop till you're in that 
sewer. I'm right behind you — 

As a DEEP RUMBLING ROLLS THROUGH THE JUNGLE and THE SEWER 
TUNNEL'S ENTRANCE FLICKERS — 

CASEY 
(stopping Leo) 
But — 

LEONARDO 
Look. If I don't make it outta 
here... Thank you . For having our 
back when we were in a pinch. 

(then, emotional) 
I hope one day I can return the 
favor . 

This sounds like a goodbye. Leo nods to Casey, who's 
overwhelmed with emotion. Then... Leo sprints away — 

CASEY 
(calling after him) 
Leo . . . 

But Leo's gone. Casey and April continue for the Sewer — 

Leo SLAMS through the underbrush TO FIND: a TURTLE face down 
in the dirt. Leo drops to his knees, and flips over the 
DOWNED TURTLE, but what he sees makes no sense to him... 

THE DOWNED TURTLE IS NOT ONE OF HIS BROTHERS ! 

Raph, Don and Mikey arrive at Leo's flank. And they too are 
as confused by what they are seeing. . . 

MICHELANGELO 
Ummm. . . So. . . If we have an 
illegitimate sibling that you you 
guys have been hiding from me, this 
would be an excellent time to come 
clean. 

But that's definitely not the case. As the downed Turtle 
rolls over, we see he is...

As Leo and Raph help him to his feet, the Turtle Warrior

Casey and April double over, catching their breath. They 
turn, looking back for the Turtles... But the Jungles of 
Dimension X - and the Turtles - have vanished...

The Turtles look around the wildly surreal landscape:

we PULL BACK we see THE ORB IS NOW IN THE POSSESSION OF ONE 
OF KRANG'S SOLDIERS —

Krang has the fourth Orb. 



INT. TECHNODROME - COMMAND CENTER - FLASHBACK 

A SINGLE SHOT - Krang looks down at a SLEEK-STEEL HOLDING 
UNIT which houses three Orbs. There is an empty spot for a 
fourth. OFF KRANG, awaiting the fourth Orb... On the 
threshold of victory — 

TURTLE WARRIOR (V.O.) 
I've been hunting it down, staying 
on its trail. It seemed like my 
luck had run out. And then you 
appeared. . . 
(a beat) 

It is your destiny to do what I 
couldn't do... Stop Krang before 
the Orbs are united . And the merge

As Krang's Soldiers MOVE ON... 

A CLOSE CALL . The Turtle Warrior throws HAND SIGNALS, 
indicating a path for the brothers to follow him. . . 

As the Turtles head off, the CAMERA DRIFTS DOWN, landing on 
an EXOTIC FLOWER - multicolored and phosphorescent. The 
Flower begins to DEMATERIALIZE . Then, just before it 
VANISHES... MATCH TO: 



INT. SEWER TUNNEL - NEW YORK - DAY 

The EXOTIC FLOWER, planted in the floor of the Sewer. A HAND 
PLUCKS the Flower and raises it up, REVEALING: 

GENERAL DAVIES ( Schrader 's superior we met in our opening). 
He stands in the damp aftermath of the calamity caused by the 
worlds merging. SOLDIERS and NYPD try to make sense of it. 

SOLDIER #1 
Emergency Order goes live in thirty 
seconds. Reinforcements are en 
route from Virginia. . .

Storm clouds approaching from the 
East, West, North and South. 



Something about the Flower doesn't sit right with Davies. He

The Turtle Warrior walks to an OVERGROWN MONOLITH... The *

Krang brings the FOURTH ORB towards the Holding Unit with the 
other three. The Orbs begin to SWIRL with IRIDESCENT COLORS. 
Growing in luminosity, as the world commoves around him. 

And as he places the Fourth Orb in the Holding Unit — 



EXT. ROOFTOP - NEW YORK CITY HIGH-RISE - DAY 

The Turtles, Casey, April and Splinter are knocked off their 
feet as A FLOCK OF ALIEN BIRDS - flying predators with ten 
foot wing spans - SOAR PAST BEFORE DIVING DOWN INTO THE CITY 
TO FEAST... The turtles get their bearings, but what they're 
experiencing is awe inspiring... 

— DIMENSION X IS FULLY, AND VIOLENTLY, MERGING WITH EARTH — 

The open rooftop they were standing on has instantly been 
speared by an ANGLED -ANTEDIL UVIAN- S TONE-SPIRE FROM DIMENSION 
X BEARDED WITH JUNGLE FOLIAGE — 

And as they all look around, they can see, from this bird's- 
eye-view high atop the city, that SIMILAR TYPE SPIRES ARE 
SHANKING MANY OF NEW YORK'S HIGH-RISES AT BLOODTHIRSTY 
ANGLES. It's shocking. And frightening. But most 
disturbing of all, is the view downtown — 

MICHELANGELO

CASEY 
... Is that? 

Casey's eyes are locked on the MASSIVE OBJECT THAT'S CASTING 
AN APOCALYPTIC SHADOW OVER ALPHABET CITY - THE TECHNODROME .

It ' s happening . 

DOWN BELOW: THE STREETS HAVE MERGED WITH THE FLOOR OF 
DIMENSION X'S JUNGLE AND ARE NOW TEEMING WITH BIZARRE FORA

eastern seaboard scrambled with a 
full pay load. 

KRANG'S SCOUT (V.O. ) 

I got 'em! 



EXT. EARTH/DIMENSION X - ROOFTOP/ JUNGLE - DAY 

As the SCOUTING PARTY OF KRANGS ' SOLDIERS EMERGE from A TREE 
LINE OF DIMENSION X'S JUNGLE , SITUATED (now because of the 
dimensional merge) AT THE FAR END OF THE BUILDING'S ROOFTOP — 

LEONARDO 
Square off , fellas . 

But Splinter counters: 

SPLINTER 
No. Get to the Technodrome. 
Separate the Orbs. I'll hold them 
back. . . 

DONATELLO 
There's too many... 

SPLINTER 
( simply) 

You have your destiny. . . I have 
mine . 

With those words, Splinter twists his walking stick, 
revealing it to be a SANSETSUKQN ( THREE-SECTIONAL-STAFF ) . 
Armed and at the ready, Splinter steels himself for the 
fight. And without looking back at his boys: 

SPLINTER (CONT'D) 

Go . . . NOW! 



Sparked by the command in his voice, the TURTLES - ALONG WITH 
CASEY AND APRIL - RACE AWAY, CHARGING ACROSS THE ROOFTOP - 
HEADING TOWARDS THE TECHNODROME . But their current position 
is high above mid-town Manhattan, and their destination is 
Alphabet City. . . 

And as they approach the edge of the roof . . .

The only thing that's left to do — 

As Mikey grabs April and flips her on the back of his shell — 

MICHELANGELO (CONT'D) 

BELIEVE I 

Don does the same with Casey — And without skipping a step, 
THE TURTLES - WITH CASEY AND APRIL ON THEIR BACKS - LEAP OFF 
THE ROOFTOP — 

They sail down over the city, in a controlled free fall... 
Until, in one fluid motion, LEO SLAMS THE BLADE OF HIS 
NINJAKEN INTO A ROOFTOP LEDGE (of the next tallest 
skyscraper), CREATING AN ANCHOR TO SLINGSHOT HIMSELF TO 
ANOTHER ROOFTOP . 

Don and Mikey follow suit - ARM- SWINGING OFF THE NINJAKEN' S 
HANDLE TOWARDS ROOFTOPS BELOW. Raph, the last to use Leo's 
Ninjaken, dislodges it as he TWISTS away from the building... 

Then, RAPH WHIPS IT END OVER END TO LEO... Leo CATCHES IT ONE- 
HANDED, and slams it back into his SCABBARD moments before he 
connects with a roof top, BARREL-ROLLING ON HIS SHELL TO 
ABSORB THE IMPACT OF THE FALL . He springs to his feet and 
charges across the granulated asphalt — 

— AND SO BEGINS A HIGH-SPEED, FRENETIC-FOOT-RACE ACROSS THE 
CITY'S ROOFTOPS IN THAT WAY THAT ONLY OUR TURTLES KNOW HOW — I 

LEO STRADDLE-HOPS A MASSIVE A/C UNIT , PUSHING OFF IT AND 
PROPELLING HIMSELF OFF THE TOP OF THE BUILDING - letting 
nothing get in the way of his DASH TO THE TECHNODROME — 

Sailing through the air, MIKEY WRAPS HIS NUNCHAKU AROUND A 
CABLE SUPPORT FOR A BUILDING'S ROOF ANTENNA . MIKEY ZIP-LINES 
DOWN TO THE ROOF'S LEDGE . He sticks the landing, balancing 
for a brief second - the street below dizzyingly far away. . . 

APRIL'S EYES GO WIDE - aeroacrophobia catching in her throat 
as Mikey' s momentum carries them over the edge... Into 
ANOTHER FREE FALL JUST AS APRIL LOSES HER GRIP — 

MIKEY POWER-DIVES AFTER HER - PUSHING OFF FROM ONE BUILDING 
TO ANOTHER TO GAIN SPEED. It's A REVERSE -PARKOUR-MOVE , the 
likes of which we've never seen before... 

MIKEY SNAGS APRIL just in time to avoid their splattering on 
the sidewalk. And using a fire escape support rod, HE SWINGS 
THEM BOTH BACK UP TOWARDS THE CITY' S ROOFS —

Angling at a different structure, DON PULLS CASEY FROM HIS 
BACK TO HIS CHEST AS HE SPINS SO HIS SHELL CONNECTS WITH THE 
BUILDING'S EDGE . . . HE SLIDES THE LENGTH OF THE BUILDING, LIKE 
RIDING A RAIL IN A SKATE PARK — 

Heading for the side of a high-rise, mid-construction, Raph 
tucks into his shell and CRASHES THOUGH THE BUILDING'S 
MIRRORED GLASS EXOSKELETON . He hits the bare cement of the 
building's unfinished 45th floor. And, SPINNING ON HIS 
SHELL, skids through an open shaft in floor, where HE DROPS — 

Still tucked in, RAPH USES HIS SHELL TO BOUNCE DOWN THE SHAFT 
until ONE OF HIS ARMS JUTS OUT, GRABBING A SUPPORT BEAM - 
SHIFTING HIS DIRECTION FROM VERTICAL TO HORIZONTAL — 

RAPH SWINGS INTO FRONT-FLYAWAY on the building's vacant 33rd 
floor, RAPH'S FEET POP OUT OF THE SHELL JUST IN TIME TO HIT 
THE GROUND RUNNING - full speed. . . He charges the window, 
THROWING HIS SHELL at it, SHATTERING IT, and continuing his 
descent to A NEARBY ROOF TOP— 

As the Turtles continue their charge, 



EXT. EARTH/DIMENSION X - ROOFTOP/ JUNGLE - DAY 

Splinter takes on Krang's Soldiers, HIS SANSETSUKON WHIRRING 
AND SPINNING WITH BLINDING SPEED - one end parrying an 
advance while the other brains attacker after attacker... 

But as fast as he can take them down, there are just too many 
of them on the scene... He begins to slowly lose ground... 



I/E. EARTH/DIMENSION X - HUMVEE/CITY STREET-JUNGLE - DAY 

As General Davies ' Humvee BOUNCES ITS WAY downtown, his eyes 
locked on the Technodrome —

The AIR COMMAND DISPATCHER responds through a STATIC Y 
CONNECTION:

Now at the lower lying buildings, THE TURTLES LEAP, TWIST AND 
SOMERSAULT FROM ONE ROOF TOP TO ANOTHER . As they close in on 
the Technodrome they see: A SEGMENTED CABLE LOWERING FROM THE 
TECHNODROME INTO THE CENTER OF THE POWER DUMP — 

APRIL 
(realizing) 
It's gonna siphon off the 
electricity. 

From nearby - back on Don's back - Casey responds: 

CASEY 

We need to shut that station down. 
Leo cements the plan: 

LEONARDO 
(to Casey and April) 
You and April take the power dump, 
(then, re: the 
Technodrome) 
We'll hit it from above. 

April looks to Casey, unsure of their abilities to stop 
Schrader and the Foot without the help of the Turtles. . . 

CASEY 

(shrugs, to April) 
You're the one who's always saying 
we should try new things ! 

(then, to Don and Mikey) 
Plant us where you want us... 

And as Don and Mikey head for the streets below — 



EXT. EARTH/DIMENSION X - ROOFTOP/ JUNGLE - DAY 

Splinter has been backed to the edge of the Spire by Krang's 
Soldiers. HE FIGHTS COURAGEOUSLY, but looks as if Splinter 
will be overrun... That is until — 

A SMALL BAND OF REBELS, lead by the Turtle Warrior, pour onto 
the scene . Relieving Splinter . Squashing Krang ' s Soldiers — 



EXT. EARTH/DIMENSION X - ROOFTOPS/TECHNODROME - DAY 

With Casey and April deposited on the street below, the 
Turtles make their final LEAP from a ROOFTOP to the 
Technodrome. They head for an OPEN GUN TURRET —

Taken by surprise, KRANG'S GUNNERS SQUEEZE OFF A VOLLEY OF 
FIRE — But it's too late. The Turtles are on top of them. 
THE GUNNERS ARE RENDERED UNCONSCIOUS within seconds. And 
it's clear from the speed and force of their attack — 

OUR TURTLES ARE BRINGING THE RUCKUS — 

As they enter the Technodrome . . . 



EXT. POWER DUMP - DAY 

Casey and April slip through the GATES , passing the FALLEN 
BODIES of several OF THE FACILITY'S WORKERS. As April tracks 
the Technodrome ' s POWER CABLE to the main TRANSFORMER FARM... 

APRIL 

There — 
And they start for it — 



EXT. POWER DUMP - TRANSFORMER FARM - DAY 

A large walled off area with DOZENS OF STEP-DOWN TRANSFORMERS 
CONNECTED BY HUNDREDS OF LOW-LYING, HEAVY-DUTY , HIGH-VOLTAGE 
WIRES - creating a veritable MAZE OF JUICED LINES surrounding 
the MAIN POWER FEED on three sides. This is where the 
Technodrome' s Power Cable is attached. 

At the MAIN ENTRANCE: Schrader, Bebop, Rocksteady are 
positioned to defend the Technodrome ' s Power Cable, while 
SEVERAL OTHER FOOT lock the Power Cable in to the MAIN FEED — 



INT. TECHNODROME - COMMAND CENTER - DAY 

Krang watches as START UP SYSTEMS COME ON LINE, including 
METERS MEASURING THE INFLOW OF ELECTRICITY . It's working — 

At the edges of the large domed room, SEVERAL HEAVY METAL 
ARCH-SHAPED RINGS OF VARYING SIZES BEGIN TO TURN IN 
ALTERNATING OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS - like A MASSIVE GYROSCOPE. 

[Note: As the Technodrome draws more and more electricity 
from the Power Dump, the spinning rings will move faster and 
faster. . . ] 



EXT. POWER DUMP - TRANSFORMER FARM - MAIN ENTRANCE - DAY 

Casey and April approach the MAIN ENTRANCE, where General 
Davies and his Marines are ENGAGED IN A FIRE-FIGHT with

Something occurs to Casey, and he starts away — 

CASEY (CONT'D)

What are you doing. . . ? 
But Casey is gone — 



INT. TECHNODROME - CORRIDORS - DAY 

Leo leads Raph, Don and Mikey through the EXPANSIVE ARCHED 
HALLWAYS. Their pace is quick and their resolve solid as 
they press towards Krang. . . 

LEONARDO 

Krang' 11 be at the Control Center. 

RAPHAEL 
The Orbs will be close by. 

KRANG ' S SOLDIERS spill out from DOORWAYS and INTERSECTING 
HALLWAYS, but are met with determined force from our Turtles: 

LEO TAKES TWO SOLDIERS DOWN with a HEAD -SNAP PING, FLYING- 
ROUNDHOUSE; RAPH PARRIES AN ATTACKER with his SAIS, then 
finishes him off with a NOSE -CRUNCHING HEADBUTT; DON CRACKS A 
SOLDIER over the head with his STAFF, then SPINS it taking 
out a second Soldier with a shot to the jewels; MIKEY 'S 
NUNCHAKUS PASS FROM HAND-TO-HAND with STUPEFYING SPEED, 
eliminating any and all Soldiers from his path. 

LEONARDO 
We're running out of time. 

Never breaking stride, they clear through the hostiles, 
leaving HEAPS OF UNCONSCIOUS SOLDIERS as they continue ahead —

I/E. F/A-18 HORNET - TRAVELING - DAY 

The Fighter Jets wing their way over the Atlantic towards the 
NEW YORK CITY SKYLINE, which is just visible in the distance. 



EXT. POWER DUMP - TRANSFORMER FARM - DAY 

Snaking his way around the outside of the farm, away from the 
skirmish between the Foot and the Marines, Casey arrives at a * 
flanking position and slips over the CINDER BLOCK WALL... 



EXT. POWER DUMP - TRANSFORMER FARM - HIGH VOLTAGE AREA - DAY 

Casey's dumped himself a hundred feet from the Technodrome ' s 
Power Cable, though he's SMACK IN THE HEART OF THE FARM'S 
MAZE OF EXPOSED WIRES - it's no wonder the Foot aren't 
defending this position. You'd have to be crazy, reckless or 
just stupid to try and get to the Power Cable from here. 

CASEY 
(to himself) 
There's no way this ends well. 

Regardless, Casey starts forward, but stops when he spots a 
PATROLLING FOOT. Casey gets the drop on him, catching him 
between the eyes with a HAYMAKER — .' The Foot STAGGERS, 
trying to keep his rubbery legs under him, but THE FOOT'S 
SHOULDER GRAZES A HIGH-VOLTAGE WIRE — 

SPARKS FLY! AND THE FOOT IS ZAPPED . His body launched, 
violently, across the farm, drawing the attention, AND GUN- 
FIRE, of Schrader, Bebop and Rockstready — 



INT. TECHNODROME - CORRIDORS - DAY 

The Turtles fly through progressively larger and larger 
hallways - EASILY DISPATCHING WITH THE SOLDIERS THAT CROSS 
THEIR PATH - until they arrive at an opening to — 



INT. TECHNODROME - COMMAND CENTER - CONTINUOUS 

The Turtles stealthily surveil through the SPINNING ARCHES 
whipping around the room's perimeter: At the Command Module 
are a handful of Soldiers (the POWER METER READING: 58% 
CAPACITY ) . In the center of the room, standing next to the 
HOLDING UNIT WITH THE FOUR ORBS, is Krang.

Eyes on the prize.

They size him up for a half-a-beat . . . Then:

Alright fellas, make some noise and 
pull focus. I'll make a play for 
the Orbs. 

MICHELANGELO 
Noise, I can do. 

MIKEY LEAPS FOR THE INNER MOST SPINNING ARCH , GRABBING ON AND 
RIDING IT AROUND THE ENTIRETY OF THE ROOM ... He lets loose a 
WAR CRY as he releases, LEVELING A SOLDIER WITH A POWERHOUSE 
DOUBLE LEG KICK — And the shit is on — .' 

RAPH AND DON launch themselves into the fight, engaging with 
ferocity, each taking on three soldiers at once. Don's STAFF 
SPINNING - sweeping out the legs on some, teeth from others - 
while Raph JABS AND STABS WITH HIS SAIS — 

And with Krang focused on the fight, Leo makes his move, bee- 
lining for the Orbs. He has a clear path, as Krang' s back is 
to him... But as Leo's fingertips graze the Orb, ONE OF 
KRANG 'S H YDRAUL I C ALL Y POWERED METALLIC ARMS SWEEPS BACK WITH 
SHOCKING SPEED AND PERPLEXING POWER — 

Caught under the chin, LEO'S KNOCKED CLEAR ACROSS THE ROOM, 
slamming into one of the Spinning Arches before CRUMBLING TO 
THE FLOOR— 

Leo looks up at Krang, trying to shake out the cobwebs. 
Leo's never taken a hit this hard before, and it shows on his 
face . 

KRANG 

Your father looked the same. Right 
before I slit his throat. 

As Leo's eyes tick to his brothers, and they realize they're 
suddenly in a fight for their life . ■ . .

EXT. POWER DUMP - TRANSFORMER FARM - DAY 

Schrader and company FIRE AT CASEY. He tucks into cover for 
a second, but he knows it's now or never. And so... CASEY 
CHARGES INTO BOSCAGE OF HIGH-VOLTAGE WIRES— 



EXT. POWER DUMP - TRANSFORMER FARM - MAIN ENTRANCE - DAY 

Through the Entrance, April spots CASEY SPRINTING through the 
High-Voltage Maze, while DESPERATELY TRYING TO EVADE THE 
HEAVY ARTILLERY FROM SCHRADER, BEBOP AND ROCKSTEADY - BULLETS 
SHREDDING SPARKING WIRES —! 

April leaves the safety of her cover and charges for General 
Davies' position: 

APRIL 
(pointing to Casey) 
Help him! ! ! 

General Davies quickly reads the situation, and calls out to 
his Marines : 

UNIFORM 
Cover fire — 

THE MARINES RISE UP and OPEN FIRE, SPENDING EVERY LAST ROUND 
THEY HAVE, momentarily forcing Schrader, Bebop, Rocksteady 
and the Foot to take cover — 

As the world around our bad guys gets swiss-cheesed, SEVERAL 
COOLING PIPES GET PUNCTURED, dumping GALLONS OF COOLANT that 
swirl and pool at their feet... 



INT. TECHNODROME - COMMAND CENTER - DAY 

Leo picks himself up as Raph, Don and Mikey begin circling 
the FOUR-ARMED KRANG, looking for the right point of 
attack... But before they can, Don spots a crush of Krang's 
Guards storming the Command Center — 

DONATELLO 
More coming — 

Rather than take them on, Raph WHIPS HIS SAI into a DOOR 
CONTROL PANEL. A massive door shuts, locking out Krang's 
Guards. Raph turns back to Krang, squeezing his fists tight, 
cracking the knuckles Bruce-Lee-style . . . 

RAPHAEL 
( game-face-bravado ) 
Now. Where were we — ?

But Krang' s not so easily psyched out. STANDING OVER THE 
ORBS, PROTECTING THEM, KRANG STRETCHES TALL - THE HYDRAULICS 
HISSING . And we realize now that Krang' s actually MUCH 
BIGGER than we've previously seen... 

KRANG 

At your final moments. 

MICHELANGELO 
(aside to Raph, sarcastic) 
Thanks for setting up the 
punchline. I'm feeling wildly more 
confident now. 

But RAPH'S ALREADY CHARGING KRANG. DON CLOSE BESIDE HIM - a 
classic 2x formation. LEO COMES AT HIM FROM THE SIDE. And 
MIKEY FALLS IN TO BAT CLEAN UP — 

Krang SLEDGE-HAMMERS DOWN AN ARM. Raph and Don SPLIT APART 
and KRANG WHIFFS , destroying only the floor — 

But ANOTHER OF KRANG ' S ARMS GRABS RAPH'S LEG out from under 
him with a DISLOCATING POP — / And if that's not injury 
enough, the insult - KRANG USES RAPH LIKE A TRUNCHEON TO 
KNOCK BACK DON, LEO AND MIKEY — 

Ever the bad-ass, Raph grits his teeth through the pain and 
SCISSORS HIMSELF UP, TEARING AWAY THE HYDRAULIC CYLINDER 
THAT POWERS KRANG' S HAND — / Raph hits the ground hard. But 
before he has a chance to regroup, Krang 's STOMPING DOWN on 
him, aiming to take his head off — 

But moments before Krang crushes Raph, LEO ROCKETS IN — 
Slamming Raph with his shell and KNOCKING HIM TO SAFETY . 
Leo, quickly grabs onto Krang' s leg and flips himself up onto 
Krang 's back. And as he gains this position of power — 



EXT. POWER DUMP - TRANSFORMER FARM - HIGH VOLTAGE AREA - DAY 

With the temporary RESPITE FROM DODGING GUNFIRE, Casey resets 
his sights on the Power Cable. CASEY DUCKS AND WEAVES 
THROUGH THE HIGH VOLTAGE MAZE - SKIMMING DANGEROUSLY CLOSE TO 
THE EXPOSED WIRES . But his athletic ability, and hockey 
vision, keep his feet under him and eyes focused on carving a 
safe path to the Power Cable. . . 



EXT. POWER DUMP - TRANSFORMER FARM - MAIN ENTRANCE - DAY 

The Marines rack out, ALLOWING SCHRADER THE OPPORTUNITY TO 
SIGHT UP ONE LAST SHOT AT CASEY BEFORE HE REACHES THE POWER 
CABLE . As Schrader levels his weapon —

Only a couple minutes off the cost now, THE WING-LEADER 
TARGETS THE TECHNODROME . To his Other Pilots: 

WING-LEADER (THROUGH COMMS) 
Weapons hot, Gentlemen. 

As the OTHER PILOTS all "LOCK TONE" — 



INT. TECHNODROME - COMMAND CENTER - DAY 

Riding Krang's back like it was the PBR World Cup, LEO TEARS 
AT THE HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS POWERING KRANG'S APPENDAGES , while 
DON AND MI KEY FIGHT HIM FROM THE PERIMETER. They wield their 
weapons with the practiced and precise moves that come only 
after decades of training. . . 

Raph hoists himself' onto his one working leg. He then SNAPS 
HIS FEMUR BACK INTO THE HIP SOCKET, shakes off the ouch and 
joins his brothers in battle. Raph looks for an opening, but 
Krang's got eyes on him... 

So Raph goes the other way, he dives at the Spinning Arches 
(which are now moving so fast they almost a complete blur) . 
Raph pulls into his shell and BOUNCES OFF THE FIRST ARCH. 
HE'S LAUNCHED LIKE A BASEBALL ACROSS THE ROOM WHERE HE 
CONNECTS WITH ANOTHER SPINNING ARCH — 

RAPH PINBALLS AROUND THE ROOM - gaining increasingly greater 
velocity, becoming impossible to keep an eye on... Then — 

RAPH FASTBALLS RIGHT AT KRANG - HITTING HIM SQUARE IN THE 
GLASS PLATE THAT PROTECTS HIM IN HIS BOT-SUIT. THE GLASS 
SPIDERWEBS AND KRANG STUMBLES BACKWARDS — 

And for the first time, Krang no longer hovers over the Orbs 
like a mother hen in her nest. And this moment of 
opportunity couldn't have come at a better time because — 



I/E. F/A-18 HORNET - TRAVELING - DAY 

The Hornets unleash a hell-fire of AIM- 120 AMRAAMs . As the 
deluge of missiles speed toward the Technodrome . . . 



EXT. POWER DUMP - TRANSFORMER FARM - HIGH VOLTAGE AREA - DAY 

Casey speeds through the High- Voltage Maze. He's almost all 
the way through when he glimpses Schrader rising up from 
cover - Schrader' s got Casey dead-to-riahts . . .

But Gasey sees his way out: The LEAKING COOLANT Schrader has 
his feet ln f and a shot-up HIGH-VOLTAGE WIRE STAND. . . Casey 
delivers a BOOT to the Stand's base - KNOCKING IT OVER just 
as Schrader' s about to pull the trigger — 

THE WIRES ON THE FALLEN STAND CONNECT WITH THE POOLED 
COOLANT . Instantly, the HIGH VOLTAGE CURRENT races through 
the liquid. SCHRADER, BEBOP, ROCKSTEADY AND THE FOOT ARE 
PRACTICALLY BLAST OUT OF THEIR SKIN by the MASSIVE JOLT OF 
ELECTRICITY coursing through their bodies — 

[In fact, Schrader' s "human skin" melts off. Revealing his 
true mutant form.] 

Threat averted, Casey navigates the last tangle of wires, 
arriving to where the Power Cable is linked into to the 
farm's CONTROL PANEL... 

CASEY DRIVES A FIST DOWN ON THE EMERGENCY SHUT OFF BUTTON ! ! ! 
The HUMMM of the substation SIGHS TO A HALT, causing — 



INT. TECHNODROME - COMMAND CENTER - DAY 

The lights falter. EMERGENCY BACK UPS KICK IN. The POWER 
METER REVERSES ITS CLIMB , draining down faster than it 
filled. . . 

And with Krang on his heels, literally, the Turtles 
coordinate another offensive strike. THE BROTHERS FIGHT IN 
PERFECT UNISON - each hit landing like A SUCCESSION OF TITLE- 
FIGHT COMBINATIONS— 

Krang desperately tries now to defend himself, half -blinded 
and weakened by the battery of blows, until — 

THE TURTLES FINISH IT ! 

Holding his Ninjaken in a reverse grip, LEO CHARGES THROUGH 
KRANG' S THRASHING ARMS — 

His path is cleared by DON, who JAMS HIS STAFF INTO ONE OF 
KRANG ' S SHOULDER JOINTS - rendering it immobile. Then, MIKEY 
ASSISTS, BATTLING BACK ANOTHER OF KRANG' S ARMS WITH A "FLYING- 
GUILLOTINE ". And now, RAPH CATCHES YET ANOTHER OF KRANG' S 
ARMS IN HIS SAI - PINNING IT DOWN WITH SHEER STRENGTH . Then — 

LEO USES RAPH'S SHELL AS A STEPPING STONE to launch himself 

in the air He TWISTS MID-FLIGT, avoiding the last of 

Krang 's arms, before SLAMMING HIS NINJAKEN HOME - PIERCING 
THROUGH THE SHATTERED GLASS AND IMPALING KRANG — !

KRANG CRASHES TO THE FLOOR - his arms twitching like a dying 
bug... But the Turtles don't have a lot of time to admire 
their handiwork —

RAPHAEL 
Outl NOW— I 

The Turtles dive out through the Command Center's MAIN 
VIEWING WINDOWS seconds before the Defense Department's AIM- 
120 AMRAAMs connect with the Technodrome — 

BUT AS THE TURTLES TUMBLE OFF IN DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS , THE 
ORBS LUMINESCENCE DIMS, CAUSING THE TWO WORLDS TO SEPARATE — 

The Technodrome vanishes from the New York City Skyline just 
as the missiles impact — 

EXT. DIMENSION X - SPIRE - DAY 

The New York City skyscraper has disappeared and the 
Technodrome once again looms in the distance. But this time 
it's IN FLAMES — .' Blown to pieces by the AIM- 120 AMRAAMs. 

The Rebels rejoice at the sight. The war is won (at least 
for now) . Through the celebration, the Turtle Warrior 
searches for Splinter... But he's nowhere to be found... 



EXT. POWER DUMP - TRANSFORMER FARM - DAY 

The sky is cleared of the Technodrome. The city restored to 
its pre-Dimension X invasion. A wall of NYPD SURROUND 
SCHRADER, BEBOP AND ROCKSTEADY - their eyes feral, searching 
for an escape route as GENERAL DAVIE S ' MARINES SURROUND THEM - 

Clocking Schrader in his mutant form, Davies calls out orders 
to his men, who bring in" an ENORMOUS STEEL KENNEL (the very 
same Kennel we saw at the beginning of the movie) — 

Davies' Marines load Schrader, Bebop and Rocksteady into the 
Kennel. They THRASH AND RESIST - just as our Turtles did in 
the opening, . . 

GENERAL DAVIES 
Take them to Substation twenty- 
three. And this time make sure we 
have adequate backup.

Cleanup is underway and order is 
being restored as an international 
council has assembled to determine

inexplicable phenomenon in recorded 
history. . . 

CLOSE ON: A NEWS BROADCAST . As the ANCHOR REPORTS... 

NEWS ANCHOR 
One thing can be agreed upon... The 
situation could have been much 
worse if it wasn't for the help of 
four alien creatures, whose 
whereabouts at this hour remain 
unknown . . . 

PULL OUT of the BROADCAST TO: 



INT. TURTLE'S UNDERGROUND LAIR - NIGHT 

The Turtles, Splinter, Casey and April stand amongst the 
wreckage, watching the report from a TV. The mood is 
celebratory. . . 

DONATELLO 
Not too bad for a couple of boys 
from Brooklyn. . . 

RAPHAEL 
(to Casey and April) 
And some homies from out of 
state . . . 

CASEY 

Compared to you, we're as good as 
locals . Being from this planet 
gives us a slight edge... 

Leo cuts the celebration short... 

LEONARDO 
Pack it up. Grab what you can. 
We're not safe here. Time to find 
a new nest —

The sewer line through midtown is 
right beneath some great Pizza 
Joints. What do you say, Master? 

SPLINTER 

I wish you could be so close. But 
your next stop. . . is a world 
away. . . 

The Turtles look to each other. Then to Splinter... 

SPLINTER (CONT'D) 
You must return the Orbs to their 
rightful place - to the four 
corners of Dimension X. It's the 
only way to assure that the two 
world won't destabilize. 

This is a huge and complicated assignment... 

DONATELLO 
How do we get back to Dimension X? 

SPLINTER 

By each of you taking one of the 
Orbs to their corresponding resting 
places on earth. 

Splinter pulls out a MAP. 

SPLINTER (CONT'D) 
When the Orbs are in their rightful 
resting place, you will be 
transported back to Dimension X. 

LEONARDO 

And how do we get back to earth? 

SPLINTER 
You're not coming back . 

RAPHAEL 

What? 

SPLINTER 

You succeeded in defeating Krang. 
But that was just the first half of 
your prophecy. . .

I'm asking you to step forward... 
As men. 

And though this is something he does not want to do, Don 
steps up. 

DONATELLO 

Show me. 

SPLINTER

You will head East. Leonardo, 
West . Michelangelo , South . 
Raphael, North. When the Orbs are 
returned to their rightful place, 
you will be provided with 
assistance from Dimension X. In 
the form of trainees. Whom you

But. There's... gotta be another

Raph is deeply emotional. He doesn't want to separate f 
his brothers. Casey steps in to buoy him. 

CASEY 

It's gonna be okay, Raph. This day 
was bound to come . We all gotta 
move on at some point... 

These words are cathartic for Casey. As he, and April, 
realize how much they reflect back on his own life... 

MICHELANGELO 
And who knows? Maybe being out on 
our own. . . Making new friends . . . 
We'll find something that's been a

four turtles could ever ask for. 

Splinter, tears welling, fighting back the emotion...

DEEP, EMOTIONAL STRINGS RISE as Splinter hands each of the 
Turtles an Orb. 

The Turtles look at each other, perhaps for the last time...

ANOTHER ORB, sitting in a PEDESTAL. PULL BACK TO FIND: Raph, 
who looks at the Orb he has placed in position. 

APRIL (V.O.) 
It may not be where you thought 
you'd end up.

about to embark on the second part of his foretold destiny. 



EXT. ARCTIC TUNDRA - DAY 

Mikey stands by his Orb in this frigid yet stunning 
landscape . 

APRIL (V.O.) 
But the universe, in its own weird 
and wonderful way. . . 

Mikey spots his Trainees approaching. One in particular 
catches his eye. . .
